This track gives me a boost of energy! :)
Like wikkid said, it makes me listen intently
to grasp each aspect of the track
and makes me ask:
"What's in this piece that puts a smile on my face?"
Great job, Skwish Fish,
and welcome back to Looperman. :)
They both have their perks, but I'd have to say I like FL better. Logic is very good when it comes to sounding as professional as possible and they do a good job of making sure everything is readily available to you, but, from someone who knows FL like the back of their hand, getting to understand exactly where everything is gets a little tricky.
In my experience, I would prefer FL Studio over Logic.
Very good question! Can't wait to hear more of your work! :D
I love it, especially all the changes you've put in.
Very intricate and compelling, as I had to rewind this to listen for each little nuance. I especially love the breath? that comes in, making me think someone is about to sing.
After reading what you went through with your old computer dying, you've come back strong with Logic Pro X.
Just peeked in to have a listen. Yeah.... the future is in good hands, you are moving house and dance in to what I think the future of it will be. Bright shiny sounds that are smooth production wise with a hint of chip tune sounds to give a nice homage to the video game set of yesteryear.
I will be paying attention.

dope stuff, man. I really enjoyed the weird sounds, you arranged them very elegantly. that offbeat feel was just what I needed this morning. all around solid production.
That gated synth is so pleasant to the ears, and that short smooth transition from the breakdown to the last drop was very smooth. A technique I love, which you used nicely, is when songs switch from a four to the floor kick pattern to a hip hop/trap like beat.
My only critique would be to either lower the gain of the kick at 1:05 and to also maybe EQ the kick itself to remove the unneeded extremely low frequencies just to clean it up
But overall this piece is very nice and I can't wait to hear more, great work!!
I like this happy track a lot! Very dancy! The breaks are fun and ingenious. Nice writing and mix. Good luck with the chances coming your way! Regards - Dan
The "yeti" voice, as you so cleverly pointed out, is actually just the regular vox pitched down a couple of octaves though! Very simple actually and not much of an effect at all!

Tell me, which do you think is easier and better? FL or Logic?
