I like where your headed with this track. Im sure you will find a loop to breath some life into it. Maybe try a couple of drops\breaks here and there also.

Nice work so far.

For your first track you really are doing well

My first track wasn't as organized like this
I can tell you gound how to apply reverb and effects
through the mixer

One suggestion is to keep exploring the sounds and to
continue using sytrus's oscilator's to edit how your
sound with sound like

This was really catchy

Well done
:-p

Well, Too start I thought on a rating of one to ten I would say about four, Because I think you could of put more effort by making the sound abit more clear. I didn't think it was very clear and NO! it isn't my computer its Brand New.

Thanks,

I like avid's comments too, but here's some more from Jah. It's a good use of drops, sweeps and builds, b u t... to bring it even darker, bigger, f**ky-er... I'd do some sound engineering on the the actually pad sounds. They need some gradual modulation over the entire track. It begins to get redundant towards the end. Maybe a slight key shift change at the second drop, or extend the velocity and note length just a tad in that 2nd part. Also might wanna check the compression of the the kick, it's seems like it cancels out your his at certain DB levels. I almost wanna hear some kinda deep sub bass behind it all with a deeper even darker detuned LFO wobble. Something to sorta hit you in nads real hard.

S'real good one man.. or I wouldn't have played it 3x and written so much ;)

the time and effort you put into this track really shows. great composition, nice sounds, well mixed. great intro and ending.
i think this wuld be better listed in the cinematic genre. just saw 'dark night' it has that gritty, dark and power feel. nice job

this is very good!
love the synths you used, and the melodies you made out of them!
great beats, nice reverbed snare and stabs as well!

nothing really calls out to me in terms or constructive crit, i guess from here it is all about the little 1% touch up's. doing things like adding maybe a few more atmospheric sounds or more vox like alividlife says!

to me this is a very good tune as it is!
i take my hat off, you should be proud of this piece!

well done mate
Butcha

ohh and by the way, i have listened 4 times ;) hehehehe

Loving the ominousness!

Do you really want to know?

Well, levels bass wise are great! I love the progression!
That is a tight sound there!
But you are missing something! I just feel like.. you are missing vocals... which is always like a duh... but it Has a strong unique groove, that I really appreciate.

Awesome outro.
Love the swelling synth.. love the building...

You need something tho! something to really catch my attention. Some phased movies samples. Some vocoder, more robot voice...

It's just a bit bare, but albeit, BADASS. I really love the arrangement, it's almost perfect, but, you need something that is not in the groove to really make this shine.

Even like... ok... something from my crazy brain... letsay a GPS satellite robot voice taking me into the deep innercity... i mean.. you know? something.

I listened twice!
