that's cool, yeah I try to do the same thing with my music. I was really just wanting that trap snare (1st one heard in the track). ive been hearing it a lot lately in hiphop/trap/rap but I haven't been able to find a good sample other than a shitty one I ripped off youtube and edited myself

Yo Jay. This is a well made track instrumental.
I am definitely feeling the bass drums.

There is a sense of urgency in this track as is confirmed by the title. Good touch at 1.37 pulling the drums back then bringing them in again at 1.53.

Just need a good message(lyrics) in there to be the cream on this cake. Well done Jay. Blessings. - B

everything pretty much from scratch i guess. depending on what you mean by from scratch? did i design each and every sound from absolutely nothing, no. the hats and drum sounds came from kits that i got from freedrumkits.net i believe, then i eq and tweak them how i like them. if you are asking if i sampled another song absolutely not. its all original. for the strings and synth i used reFx Nexus and Sytrus.
