Hi Sound, unsure how to really interpret your comment, the bass pad works in a musical element called syncopation. I guess the trick is to work out what element is driving the track rather than what is more filler... In this case the vocals should drive the direction rather than the bass line.

Wikipedia has a nice article about syncopation that may help you understand what I was going for. Appreciate your comment

Hi Max, thanks for the comment, I am actually not fully aware of Kates background as the vocal pieces came as a sample collection I believe it maybe this lady here - http://www.discogs.com/artist/44930-Kate-Cameron

As the only other Kate Cameron appears to be a country singer. :) Hope this helps.

Thanks for the posting Larry and Mark :) I have many more tracks around the web from soundcloud and reverbnation that unfortunately dont make it to Looperman due to the stricter copyright rules here. This mainly due to the tracks being remixes of other mainstream work. I obviously strive to create my own endeavours hence the all owned by me or approved remixes are provided on looperman.

Its funny you mention the intro I originally didn't have the car in it it just sort of started, I was unsure what to do with it so started to think what would a music video be like and decided something with someone getting in a car and driving away unsure why but yeah if I ever make the video lol I have the opening audio in place :) Thanks for posting.

Cheers 2 the vocals were highly compressed simply because I am not a singer ideally I would of liked another vocalist but alas it was either do it myself or the concept and idea would of been lost...
