This track screams acid. Very creative and full of sounds. That pumpin bassline really does it for me. Sounds like you have a didgeridoo playin in there too lol. This is kinda what I intended my track Madness Jungle to sound like...but it changed during its production. Great Job For Sure.
this is good esp for ur first hiphop track, the swithces in it all work,i could imagine it being a calm start of vocals in the verse gradually buildin up to a crazy hook, more trip hop than hiphop tho i reckon, nice tho,
haha @ dont steal it,how can they? its not even on downloadable
nice composition man, really.
this is a from my point of view, more of a rap than a hip hop track. and better yet, old school groove too. all sounds are solid in them, i would suggests some wah-wing guitars at the ending part so spice it up just a little bit. put on some scratches and c how that sounds. well done
What a ride! You had no qualms on this track, good energy and flow, had my feet tapping the whole time. Really liked the fast snare at the very end, wondered why it wasn't brought in earlier (maybe I missed it). Overall nice job. -DF
not bad at all actually, i think the trill on the piano is a bit much, maybe just that backing chords and nothing else. Sounds great though, reminds me of a more hip hop bonobo (a compliment.) or moby. Cool.
i don't like the way you've used a synthesized piano and tried to make it sound real, i don't think that you tampered with the velocity correctly, it is very hard hitting....and a poor sample at that... i don't know where you got the vocal's from, but they either sound like a badly ripped mp3, or an insanely compressed vocal, try side chain compression with your hi hat's to your vocals, that way your hats will always duck instead of your vocals fighting for that frequency, or just revise your EQ try it all lol
Mess with your release mostly but dropping the compression rate a bit may help too. By the way the compression on your snare is more obvious than your hats ^^
Pretty tight track tho. Love the panned bass and that little synthie you got.
You should consider checking the attack amount of your piano too, too much "hammering"
This track is definitely an intense rush! I love the beats and the sweet bass line. Your take on the hoover is also really cool, I haven't heard a synth quite like that. Sometimes having to experiment to get a certain sound really pays off. Very cool fills and transitions. I love the acidic build ups that you've created, makes this a very ecstatic track! You've made a really cool hard dance track with this one! Nice work!
This track is very energetic, it makes me want to snap my fingers. As everyone has mentioned already- cool bass! lol The grooves on this track are very tite and the breaks in the action really work. Glad I listened cuz I like what I hear!
I love this one! Those beats along with the killer pads make this extremely powerful. Very unusual collection of sounds on this track. This track really stands out when you compare with other types of breakbeat. I like that you've fused some acid influence on this one. Great work!
Hey man great track! i love how the voice sits over the top..its like jazzy! Love the piano in it man. im with the other guy your not lacking creativity! :p
Very creative. Interesting mix you've created. I think that piano loop may be used a little to much throughout the track...still a killer loop though. Production wise this track has a couple levels that could be adjusted to give give the track a little more punch. Overall I enjoyed this track and listened right to the end! Keep em coming man...you are definitely not lacking creativity..
Awesome. Thanks for the review, nice one. Can you give me more insight into that adjusting levels you are talking about, and what levels you mean? I am only have computer speakers to listen, makes mastering not so good, could that be the source of the problem do you think? I'm fairly new at this and I think peer review is the home producers version of lessons
