Hello, nice story that you tell us with your music. While listening, my thoughts really floated away into another world. I liked that very much. The song is very relaxing. Well done!
Kind regards, Manuela
Nice keys, very much 'poppy' sound with a rock style build - such sweet music frames the vox very well and the whole track has a warm and classic soft rock pop feel to my old ears.
G'day Jonathan, nice clear sound in headset, nice chilling relaxing Pop tune, very nice vocals working perfectly with synths n nice slow kick beat, overall production sounds very good to these ears, first track listening to hear on the loop for a Sunday from OZ, perfect way to start the day off, massive fav, thank you for sharing mate Peace n Respect mosaic
Thank you so much for the lovely comments! It's not a koto but a sax with a low pass filter to make it sort of resemble a gum leaf which also has a distinct reed sound. The helicopter was used to resemble a bullroarer. Sometimes you have to get real creative lol
Jonathan
Thank you so much CBC! Glad you enjoyed this. There aren't any vocal chants as far as I'm aware of but I almost does sound a bit like throat singing due to the deep base droning effect. I'll keep my ears open for it though lol
Jonathan
Ethnic Electronica is one of my favorite genres. You done it good. Please pitch it to Sony so they have a new artist to replace defunct Deep Forest. We fans need someone new and you fit the bill with this one.
I'm glad you enjoyed my work here PrincessHollywood, I just might try that!
Maybe new blood needs to come in. Listen to Slow Magic and Yosi Horikawa. They both inspired this piece.

Thank you Dimestop! I essentially just found a handful of vocal chops from different posters here on looperman and rearranged each sample into a new melody.
Jonathan
Nice! Very chill. Gives me subtle And One vibes. Someone else said Depeche Mode and I can definitely hear that as well. I love that melody that comes in at around 2:14. Good work!
Thank you sound Circus! Perhaps you are right sometimes I debate about having the bass louder or quieter for artistic reasons. When I comes to electronica i tend to to tone it down and for other genres like house or bass i turn it up. But i'll consider cranking it a bit louder for my listeners :)

Hello secondnature1.
I almost never write a comment about a song or a track if I don't like it. Now you might think that I would make an exception here, but I'm not the type of person who often deviates from his line. :)
That's why I can't do anything else and solemnly declare that I'm thrilled!
Vocals that are free, clear, strong and above all good, oh what am I saying good, no, that are sung very well.
In addition, the music conveys a really catchy fine melody. It's underlaid with a well danceable beat and it's also well mixed. What's the bad thing to write about? I can't find anything there. Except maybe that you didn't dare to name it like it should be. :) Of course it's somehow electronic music, but in reality it's of course electronic, danceable, pop music. But that's just silly, stupid, whining on an extremely high level and without any deeper meaning.
Everything is right here and I really like it!
Respect! and much appreciation to all involved.
Thank you so much Joecramer for the enthusiastic support! You may be right perhaps i will take more consideration with how i label my tracks by genre. I was influenced by Flume here who is labeled as Experimental electronica to i thought it might be befitting in this case but I guess my style is much poppier than him.
Thanks again!
Jonathan
Thank you so much Bakitto! To be completely honest I hadn't heard of Neurostep until you've mentioned the genre to me. Now I'm curious and shall conduct further research. Thanks again!

Im just sayin the most satisfying way to listen to recorded sound is to
Visualize using only the mind, form a point of convergence to the distance behind inception
and be in before it's natural catalyst as well as
believing it has happened to me before there for only you would know because you know what I may do next just like your hour is happening now and that is to stand by while I listen to these records in my home...
