Hey Zootman! This time i actually knew exactly what to do, but it was the vocals that really made this song to come alive.

Yeah man,i even surprised myself by inventing that funky section,hahah. I had fun time ,coming up with that ending L+R guitar parts.

Hi there :) Yeah,Shelly can spit,no doubt about that. Sometimes you just get lucky and find someone who can rap with conviction. Hhehe,im glad you liked the song. i wanted to mix hip hop with dance/rockish vibes. So you get both,slow hip hop but also something fast paced. I always like to combine the weirdest things,hahah. Yeah,i know,that rap suggestion was a bit weird,haha. I was just thinking that maybe some youngster can figure out how to squeeze rap in this song,lol. Who knows. Of course some type of operatic vocals style would be good fit here.But im open to any ideas and styles.

Thanks Pat. Yep,i didn´t spend too much time adjusting the vocals,i just "winged it".I cut here and there and quickly placed the vocals in the song just according to the feel alone. So sometimes the vocals kinda overshoot the whole structure of the song. I like that approach cos it makes you think the song in more strange way.

Well,one more song done...pheeeew.

To me that old record in the intro is about falling into your memories. But that " old Europe" idea is awesome too,i just never looked it like that but now i totally get that too.

Yeah,this song has definitely that dark yearning feeling to it.
Maybe because the singer is from Russia and i´m Finnish( right next door,lol),maybe that kinda glues the song together too.

When i heard her lovely vocals,it just had to be this style and this arrangement. I had no choice ,if you know what i mean.

Actually this song was first some typical instrumental but then i had this idea of coming to Looperman to find some vocals and stuff. When i heard your rhymes....that was it. You got that harder style of delivery and i prefer that.

Keep on doing your thing bro and use this OUR track to try to get ahead with your rapping.Keep me in mind if you ever need some music to your rhymes.

I like to do all kinds of music and hip hop is fine with me since im a drummer at heart.

It seems that you understood the song exactly how it see it too.You even got that smoky ambiance thing in the " solo".

Yeah,the middle "solo" part has a certain ambiance for sure. I had this idea of really bass-heavy new-jazz band jamming on stage and the guitarist is playing with minimal touch,cool as a cucumber,lol.

And from that middle part,your beautiful voice sends us for a grande finale! During that final chorus,you just distance yourself from the mic like a great singer diva,heheh.That´s why your voice fades in the end.

The band takes over the song and stop on a dime while the DJ inserts some random noise to remind the audience that music is supposed to challenge the listener also.
