This is pretty phat, I like it! The mix sounds cool! The vocals are performed well, but that noise is a little distracting. I'd have to mess with the pella to help you know how to clear it up. Anyway fun track to listen too! Faved for sure!

What you have sounds pretty good so far. Maybe try varying the patterns up a bit to make it a bit longer. Some synth or pad stabs would prob sound good over this, and a breakdown to chill things out for a bit and then drop the bass again. Keep it up man, good job! :)

Hey it's pretty cool for sure! I like the instruments you used, and it's got pretty good loudness. I think the main thing you should work is the stereo field. Many of the parts that are panned seem really one sided, I'm not sure if they are panned completely to one side or not. One thing I like to do to make things a little more stereo, is to send the panned part to a "send" and pan it a little bit in the opposite direction. You can add FX to this send, and when I do that I usually try to make the send FX wet, and turn down the fader on the send to adjust the FX mix. I hope that makes sense. This way you can adjust the volume and panning of two seperate channels for one instrument to suit your tastes. Anyway, I really like the track! Keep at it!

Actually I think your track is better than his: you have good sounds, clean and powerful. Maybe you could make thing more interesting by creating a bit more "counterparts" between the deep bass and the synth line: they go really hand-in-hand for most of the track.

But of course the "determining factor" is the vocal lines that you can put on your beat.
So, all you need now is to record a nice vocal track.

got a old school vibe wiv the cow bell in the drums,and the claps make it flow nice too,maybe the melody needs more variation and some bass layered wiv it..but nice man keep it up

Pretty cool track man, what you have sounds good! Maybe try layering the snare to make it sound full and add a touch of reverb to give it a nice tail. Just keep working away at it and mixing things up a bit. Well done!

Dude - it's awesome

First off what you have so far sounds great. Secondly there is no harm in putting one tune aside for a while and starting another, or revisiting a previous one for that matter.
Tell to one thing though, I am 60 years old and have been playing music off and on for 50 of those and I just made a major mistake in what I was hearing.
I studied music full time for 3 years 10 years ago and my theory teacher, who was 10 years older than me, reasoned he would convert to buddism if they would guarantee him a couple more lives cause there was no way he could learn all there is to know in just one.
I really know nothing about current style as in house,dub etc but have a passion for music and helping those I can.
I think the best anyone can do for you is encourage you to keep at it.

Scales are a pattern of notes that sound "good" together. SO take a Cmajor scale C D E F G A B C the pattern is W W H W W W H (W=whole tone or step H= half tone/step)The pattern of any major scale is the same, the notes change depending on starting note. Key is just the particular scale. So your sample being in Aflat minor would be Ab Bb Cb Db Eb Fb Gb The natural minor pattern would be w - h - w - w - h - w - w. The white keys on a piano/keyboard are whole note name no )flats or sharps) The Black keys are the sharps/flats. Enharmonic notes because they have 2 names like C# is also Db The musical alphabet is A A#/Bb B C C#/Db D D#/Eb E F F#/Gb G G#/Ab A (last A is 8 notes higher the starting one so its an octave higher) A to B would b a whole step/tone because its 2 notes apart.
