Really sweet melody with great haunting pads. Then after the vocal kicks in it takes on a whole new twist. This really is great. I noticed a tiny bit of distortion on the vocal but other than that this track is superb.

very interesting the way you used the pella almost like an extra ambient instrument melody...really works in creating a special atmosphere...ambient music if often quite sombre ...but you have a really good listening uplifting composition here Simon...really enjoyed it...a big well done to you...Ed
lovely intro build soundscape fits great set of on the journey with bass synth and bingo a fantastic ambient journey the drum beat makes the heart beat well part of the journey well worked out

Just replying to your previous message, and thanks for your willingness to point me to learning game developing. Sounds like fun, but unfortunately I am already busy learning web development and design-related stuff. Maybe in the future. But I hope you are successful with your game in the meantime!
Unfortunately I'm recovering from flu and I'm down to 25% of my normal hearing and I can't hear very low and very high frequencies. So I'm forced to wait until my hearing has recovered before finishing this.
That's cool that you're into game developing. I wouldn't mind checking your game out, that is if you are uploading it somewhere. That reminds me of when I was slaving over RPG Maker pretty hardcore, back when I was fifteen or so. I loved doing that.
It maybe a little while until the demo is quite ready, there's a couple of tweaks I want to do before the Alpha Release is ready. So hopefully in January.
If you're interested in game development you might want to have a look at the Microsoft XNA Game Studio 4.0. The base language is C#. It is completely free and you can make games for PC and Xbox 360. (To test the games on an Xbox you will need to pay a subscription fee). The language is very powerful and gives you full access to all hardware on PC and Xbox. If you want know more I can also point you to loads of excellent tutorials online and you'll be making your first fight sim in no time.
Hi Simon it's been a while, how's it going?
This is a very dark mean ass track This
actually got me moving in my chair which
doesn't happen very often anymore This
here is Elite Famous type material The
Prodigy and Rhys Fulber level you
should be there!
Well that is if you're game to be a Slave
to our retarded ass music industry :P
I've been a bit side tracked with the game design and programming. I've come to the point where I needed to produce some music for the game.
The game I'm working on is Synesthesia Puzzle Game. Admittedly I've been agonizing over some of the game mechanics as to how the game should play out, so I directed some effort to the games audio content.
It's been a trippy experience what with the game design feeding into the music and then the music feeding back into the game design to try and get the right feel for the game.
By the way this is track 2 for the game, the other one is "Dreams Featuring Megan O Neill". I believe Megan liked the track I produced with vocal.
It's a video game I've been developing by myself. I've always dreamed of making one, as I've been playing around with Music and Graphics for about 20 years it seemed to be a logical place to bring everything together.
The game that's in development is called Evon, and it's a Synesthesia Puzzle Game.
Thanks, despite it's location in my track list the tune was intended to be an intro for an album; starting off in late afternoon; ready for an evening out.
Hence why it kicks off towards the end - it's time to go.

I know what you mean about the vocal distortion.
The original pella actually came with loads of reverb applied to it, so I was stuck with that level.
Although I do use a lot reverb myself anyway.
This is the first track I've produced using a pella from Looperman.
