I feel like I'm going back to Africa, it sounds worthy of being on the radio, excellent, I wish I could download it, so I could jam out to it in my house
Wow!
You've come back with a vengeance. I love this, and I agree with Melodic Dreamer and Danke.
I like the honesty in this song, and of course your vocals are on point. Dude, face it. You've got a God given talent. Your voice is like buttah, and now you've added some serious songwriting and production skills on top of that? Plu-lease. Go on wit cha bad self.
Well thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I've never been confident as a producer, but I'm trying to just trust myself a little bit more with it.
Really cool, unique song! I love the marimba loop and the rest of the beat is so groovy. This should be on the radio once you do a good recording and mixing and mastering it, absolutely amazing job!
very cool, great, quality work here austin...there is nothing wrong with that shadowed vocs, gives a special bouquet for the song...out of tunes??? where??? o.k. I'm not a pro musician and ear :-) but it sounds brilliant...marimba was a good choice, spring is relatively here and the song gives us a 'let's go to the nature and breathe fresh air' feeling...:-)
Im not very into modern pop but i can tell when i hear a neat sound. This song is ready to go, someone lay vocals on it and hit the road. Amazing you could achieve that, is a hard thing to do ! Greetings pal !
Wow, this sounds a lot different than most of your songs that I've heard. It sounds great though, and I can't wait to hear your vocals on this, great job!
Absolutely went into my favs before it even hit the chorus. The tone of your voice is killer. I would love to collab if you're interested!!! Wish I could download it! lol!!! ;)
I did a pop track recently and decided to check out a few others being featured. This is a very slick track bro. I like the swanky dark vibe of it and your low register vocal is not only a nicely subdued match for the music it is also damn good ! My only suggestion would be, as a few others have eluded to, maybe invest a little more time to work on some dynamics. Since its a bit minimal musically and as great as your voice is, it has a monotone nature, so you have to be careful of it sounding stale or boring. Please don't take that the wrong way. I think you definitely have some major potential here.
I generally don't listen to Pop tracks but this one really struck me. Killer voice and chorus hook!
For some extra "pop" on the chorus, try layering in a 2nd vocal track singing counterpoint melody, either on the whole phrase or emphasizing key words.
Man dude this is awesome, your voice is killer. Great vibe to to it, I was skeptical at listening to a "pop" track just because I am not normally a fan because of the broadness of the genre but this track is a gem, lyrics are great, overall sound quality is very pro sounding. Good job on this and thanks for sharing.
Is this Austin Gallie...Wow ! you vocals really Improved,,,I did the Inferno collab with you.....Great track dude....we need to do another collab....Keep on grinding bro. Really nice work!
Your voice is stellar! One tip for your vocals - a de-esser would help make the sibilances be less harsh on the ears :) Your vocal is awesome, and the song builds nicely! The chorus climaxes perfectly. Great job! Also, feel free to take a nab at my most recent song! I made it downloadable as I'm still hitting a wall lyrically.
Great vocal.
-if you can record real claps and layer them that sounds really good since they are in focus throughout the track and benefit from any added personality. Snaps, clacks, shakers, etc. Good song too btw.
I'm one of your biggest fans on here, so yeah, I liked it.
What I really like is that you are working on putting music to your own tracks, and that will serve you well in the long run.
Your vocals put me in mind of Chris Daughtry's "I'm coming home" but without the big chorus. But even without a big chorus, your voice is golden. Like a number of other vocalists on Looperman (Patricia and Farisha are two other golden voiced singers on here imho) Plus the potential is there for even bigger and better things. If you sound like this singing laid back, I only imagine what you can do with the right producer, and going full out.
Have you ever thought about trying out for The Voice? Hell, I'd vote a thousand times for you. But in any event, keep up the good work. All this will amount to something. Believe it.
