Hi Andrea,
I enjoyed the video and the soundtrack fits very well to it.
I was not aware of the existence of "movie mash-up"s until I have seen yours. It is an interesting concept.
Coming back to the music: nice choice of sounds, very clean and refined. The drums are a bit "in the back" but this is perfectly fitting the mood you are setting with this.
Loved the strings at the end (~1:25): wonderful!
Ciao, Domenico
Hi. I love the title to this. Not many people seem to comment on track titles on this site - don't know why. I think I have some interesting ones eg An Early Morning Appointment With God.
I'll watch your mashup video later.
Nice arpeggiated stuff in my right speaker. Some of it is a bit dream and/or childlike.
Good lazy drum groove (good snare there) and cool, moody and beautiful strings.
I think I would have preferred it to have been longer but understand it's probably short for a good reason.
(1) Thank you for digging the title. I came up with it a couple of years ago, but I was saving it for a sound that was appropriate for it. The funny thing is, I find it rather tedious to come up with creative titles. Lately, I've started naming clips that are a description of the music itself (i.e. Adagio No.1, Hero Theme No.2). I nearly did the same for this one, but I double checked the short list of titles I jot down from time to time. Glad I did.
(2) Thanks for the snare compliment! I've never been a "beat maker", but ever since a friend made a comment about my snare a few months back, I've really tried to improve on that aspect. So again, thank you.
Haha! You know what? When I first started writing music specifically for action and comedy movies, I found it MUCH easier to write for action films. I realized that this was because (for me) action music is just a more aggressive version of the dramatic music I've been writing my whole life. So "hyper moody" is a great description!
Thank you, as always, for your words of encouragement. I hope you are well, my friend.
super chill with the guitar and loops working good together. Fitting music to the scene thats there. Liked how this is sounding overall so far good job, thanks for sharing and keep it going. Peace.
Fantastic pieces...there are 2 of you, another is Jussi Huhtala from Finland with fabolous cinamatic tracks in here...artworks from the top quality and league...
thank you, although i'm a bit confused. are you saying implying that there are pieces from jussi in this compilation, or that jussi writes in a similar way that i do? this project was a one-person team - me :-)
looking forward to what you come out with in the new year! i've downloaded some of your stuff going all the way back to april, but haven't found a way to use them just yet.
pro mix, for me the best part at around 3.00 when that piano melody comes and the rhythm spins up... groovy...
awesome production with high quality...congrats
Danke
It's ironic to me that the third movement is your favorite because it's rather challenging for me to write for comedy. I'm usually stressing about how good those cues are, so thanks for the encouraging feedback!
Thank you for your words of encouragement! Not sure if you saw the looperman link to my video for this, but if not you can check it out here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMyAgtBTCtM
Again, thank you for listening and taking the time to comment!

For me it's perfect .... a good harmonious prelude. A concept that is proof of your talent for adaptation.
Bravo!
