Excuse me so much, I entered a comment by mistake intended for another song. The right comment for your song is the following: The use you make of the dissonant chords with respect to the voice is interesting and creates a situation of suspension and mystery. The percussion sounds good even if at times I feel distortions caused by the high level of recording. A cordial greeting

I really like these sounds, the right amount of aggression for a singular and interesting song. The distorted glissato sound that punctuates the whole piece is beautiful. I also appreciate the minimalist arrangement structure. A cordial greeting

on The AUX by topclass
Very interesting intro with bizarre chords that create a feeling of estrangement which is confirmed in the rhythmic part. Everything seems suspended in a sort of aerial carousel that revolves around the listener. The percussions appear a little distorted due to the saturation of the volume, to improve the quality of the sound in my opinion it would be necessary to lower the volume a little bit while recording. Proceeding in this way I believe that the mix would be perfect because the equalization is well done. Best wishes

Song of great compositional balance, very pleasant and relaxing. The mix is optimal with every sound event placed in the right place, the clean and crystalline production gives value to the offer to this complex but effortless listening. It is interesting how you manage to convey a piece so articulated in a form that glides elegantly and effortlessly into the listener's mind.
Best wishes Marco

Great compositional elegance and excellent sound cleaning, this song is a pleasure for the ears. There is some suggestion in the Andreas Wollenweider style but your music remains highly personal.
Best wishes from Italy

Despite its brevity, a complete and interesting piece. Continue your very interesting and original sound research that manages to blend archaic elements with atmospheres projected into the future with great naturalness. In some passages of your music there are echoes of the extraordinary work of the trio Moebius, Planck and Neumeier, "Zero Set". A cordial greeting

Really this is a pleasant and funny song, it would appear well in the soundtrack of the film "Mars attacks!". The plane that moves on non-linear routes is interesting.

Here's another great test of your vintage - futuristic sound. The rhythm is simply irresistible and the sound is that of the 70s on Saturn. Wonderful work. Best wishes from Italy

on Angels Cant Cry by crucethus
Twelve bronze and burnished wood idols dance their crazy ritual around glowing green flames in a clearing in the middle of the forest of black knives swaying to the rhythm of supernatural drums. This and other fantastic images come to my mind listening to this amazing song. Sounds just perfect. Best wishes

Very nice this song, I like the light-hearted and a little crazy atmosphere of steampunk amusement park. I have the impression of being a small beetle that walks among the moving gears of an ancient brass clock.

on The Doctor by Micky
This is a medicine to be taken several times a day. Truly thaumaturgical music for body and mind. What I find unique in your tracks is your ability to perfectly blend a Central European sensitivity for cleanliness and clarity of sound with exquisitely Anglo-Saxon suggestions, in a synthesis that is at the same time very original and very pleasant to listen to. The mix is full-bodied, rich but also clear and defined.
Best wishes

Truly super song, Krautrock has something deeply in the arrangement. Brilliant compositional solutions make it very interesting and often unexpected to listen. The choice of sounds and their superposition is optimal. Florian Schneider would have loved it. Best wishes and see you soon Marco

Marco, my friend. Thank you for the nice props. You are correct there is a sort of Krautian order in this composition that has so much diversity in sound and form. This exploration into acid-house which is a 30-year-old genre that kind of formed modern EDM as we know it has been such a trip for me to execute in many different ways. I have tried to explore all aspects of the sound from complete synth to sort of real instruments as a basis for the song. I have my album locked and loaded except for the intro which needs some improvement. The process is so much fun to execute and I appreciate those who took the time to comment on what they heard from an emotional and intellectual level. You all on Looperman are dear to me and hold a special place in my heart and I appreciate that you even take the time to listen to my art and give me critique and equally praise. many many thanks! This tune is the culmination of all that work.
I miei più sentiti ringraziamenti!

Nice piece of progressive rock enriched by some synth loops and a particularly interesting dumming. The arrangement is pleasant and the track develops in different instrumental moments that make it very varied.

on Feindliche Nacht - hostile night by joecramer
Good morning friend, your song has certainly had a positive evolution, resulting richer in listening in terms of sound. I agree with theHumps in the idea of adding a bit of reverberation to a voice of a large environment, such as an underground cave or a tunnel, this to give more suggestion to the acting. Best wishes

on The Sound Of Calm by DsideK
The song is very pleasant to listen to, the genre reminds me of the Cybertracks vein of the 90s. The production seems good to me, the only thing I would change is the compression level of the song which seems a bit high. But this is only my personal opinion. Best wishes

DsideK replied 13th May 2020 - 4 years ago
Thank you for your feedback.

I tried to look up your mention of the Cybertracks of the 90's. However, I am not quite sure of what to be looking for when searching for this.

Thank you for the kind words, I am always trying to get better at all aspects of music whether it be production, mixing, mastering, or just making music.

If you are interested in learning about NEUs! (the name is written with the exclamation mark) I recommend you listen to their first self-titled album from 1972, easily available on Youtube. This group is particularly representative of the German Krautrock, a little known musical current but fundamental in creating today's musical sensitivity in the electronic field. Best wishes

The minimalist and vaguely threatening arrangement of this song is very beautiful. The melody lurks under the rhythm to emerge at times like a predator under the surface of the water. At certain points your work reminds me of some of the most interesting songs by Neu (Krautrock 70 years). Best wishes

GrotiRoti replied 11th May 2020 - 4 years ago
Appreciate it! I always found the melody to be vaguely ominous as well. Like an intrusive thought during a stream of consciousness. I've never listened to Neu. Do you recommend anything in particular or anything this songs you reminds you of by them?

Wow Friend, time has not taken away your music's brilliance, it is a very beautiful song, immersed in a dream atmosphere, it looks like a glass dancer who rotates gently in the golden light of the spring twilight. At some point I warn of the echoes of Vangelis. Thanks for sharing this jewel.

This piece is really beautiful and particular with a melancholic and solemn gait. A note of merit for having physically played all the instruments, something increasingly rare. Best wishes
