YES! quality bass/synth work on this, the vocal chops fit in nicely! maybe all i'd say is make the drum line more dubstep oriented or use a double time skrillex type drum line, then maybe throw down some resampled basses? just my 2 cents, either way, this is great, keep it up!
feeling this, it's kinda glitchy, got a nice feel to it, i like what you've done with the analogue 8-bit type sounds and the bassline. what i would say though is that the synths in the intro are waaaaaaaaay too loud. turn them down and it'll sound banging. drop is cool as well, almost caught me off-guard, haha. keep it up!
really nice tune, deep bass, all i'd say is perhaps more mid-ranged wobbles?
i think this is leaning a bit towards grime music, but it's absolutely spot on, the synth/arpeggio work is really nice, and fits well with the nice riff you get going, got a sweet drum line on it too!
what did you produce this on? i'm guessing the basses are done in massive? it sure sounds like it, haha! have a look at some of my stuff, i'll upload some more soon-ish, maybe we could hook up on a huge collab? ;)
Although unfortunately I only have the demo, so what I do is: set up my bassline, open up massive, and quickly set it to the way I want it to sound, and spend about the rest of my 25 minutes with it on the automation.
f**k me, one of the tunes of back then. i remember this banger from 08, you inspired me to get into producing 4x4 with this tune and your i kissed a girl mix. how are you not at the top of the game?!
Haha, Thanks man that means alot to me.. Yeh this song did get around everywhere in cloubs an on the top bassline dj's mix cd's. Im happy iv inspired you to make bassline 4/4. It makes my job worth while doing :) Tbh im not really pushing to be the top producer in bassline (imo im not good enough yet lol) i just produce it an give songs to people who will enjoy them.
this is just amazing. absolutely sick drop on it, but maybe the snare could be a fair bit harder. maybe you should try layering up 2 or 3 more sounds, possibly a clap another snare sound and a short burst of white noise to make it punch.
but this is amazing dubstep though. reminds me a little bit of some of ruskos stuff to be honest
hey thanks for the words! yea, i agree i need to work on the drums a bit, i started gutting all the drum loops and re making them, it's just a pain in the ass getting started when you're already satisfied with the rest of the song to go back and redo such an important part, anyway should be really finished and polished nicely in a few days, thanks again for the listen!
Lovin the lead synths that come in at about 1:15, they're wonderful. It's the saw that does it for me. Good acapella, credit goes to whoever created it, but that is an insane track.
Thanks dude - it was an awesome acapella to work with so credit goes to MrDoll - I was a little bit worried 148bpm was going to higher the vocal pitch but it stayed steady.. thank you again for the listen....

These grime sounds are just too heavy. Nice drum line, and quite a crunchy snare
Keep up the good work

I think the start should be synchronised to the beat, but that's easy enough.
Other than that, the track is Amazingly sick. The bass everything is good. I see you've used my tagline I sent you.
Good Job
