So, your transitions are great. I've noticed how the sounds you're using go along pretty well, and I like your first bassdrop / breakdown; sounds pretty clean cut.
I'm more than interested in working with you.
PS: Go for a progressive bassline on your first breakdown. I think it'll sound better.
Thanks! I'm really hyped about it so far, knowing its litterly my first track ever. Thank you for the bassline tip, I might change it indeed. Depends on how the 2nd drop into the mostly more raw/harder main chorus is comming together. For now, its maybe more a Trancy/progressive kind of track but lets see when its done. I don't like to limit myself in thinking it has to be X genre. As agreed on your forum reply, I (so we) produce as I feel it fits best :)
I like the track, there's a lovely Club vibe to it for sure, however I think its an intro track, rather than mid.
Have you thought releasing a club mix ?
Trancy elements perhaps, or at the very least a trance build up, because to be honest this track very much reminds me of Ferry Cosrten ft Guru - Funk
Check it out, and Tell me what you think.
PS : If I was you, I would try using more common sounds regarding your snares, and hats. They sound a bit * tin like *
Malinda's spoken word was a nice touch, actually it was what stood out among everything else.
It was what set the vibe for the track.
I cant give a constructive feedback regarding your build or sounds, because I myself am facing a little bit of a rough patch when it comes to mastering a track.
However, as a listener, and not a producer, I can certainly say I'd listen to the track every now and then.
I like the mellow intro. I was almost disappointed with the breakdown, then well ... the breakdown happened haha !
Its surely something I'd listen to while playing Zelda, or a theme track for a boss battle on the earlier Final Fantasy productions, the 16 bits style.

Great job with the mastering and leveling, choice of sounds is superb, and I love the fact that you included instrumentals in this.
If anything, I would mistaken this for an early Above and Beyond, or Airwave track.
