I kinda coasted through this until 1:20 when the beep-boop-beep attack struck and then my attention was caught. In the few minutes you had me, I couldn't help but notice how well this was arranged. So many sounds and with many of them being "harsh", it was pretty impressive for the end result not to be a cacophonic.
My only complaint is that now I want to eat a mushroom and grow large. Thanks a lot.
Damn man, this track is absolute birdflu. I'd say it makes me wanna play Megaman but I don't know well I'd do when I would just be holding the controller in the air, bouncing up and down and bobbing my head.
Your cousin's vocals are great on this, really felt his emotion and he doesn't overreach on it anywhere. I'm not really familiar with blues artists by name so I can't confirm who your playing is like but I can tell you that it sounds great and really sets the tone for the track. Sad as it was, this song was definitely enjoyed.
Thank you, Jack
This song means a lot to me and its good to know that you feel our emotions. If you like this kind of music search for Fleetwood Mac (1968-1970) with Peter Green. B.B. King once said he was the only white guitarplayer with black blues.

Digging this. Really has that epic and powerful feel in the hook and the verses just keep it moving. I agree with Eshar, for a first track, this is sick dude.
sick bassline and that texture in the back just gave this a "let's ride out and mob" vibe. good to see i'm not the only person who samples and chops his own voice.
I just retyped variations of sentences several times over while listening to this track so that my review wouldn't sound like blubbering rubbish but hot diggedy mother licker, that was a magical display of saxophone virtuosity on your part, Slap. This is the best thing I've heard since "you're never gonna see me again, do anything you want to me".
Those chopped samples just gave me a serious Wu flashback, serious RZA vibe on this. You got something really ill going on here and I think you can even build on it. Feeling it though, mang. Props.
I'll start off by saying thanks for the dope remix. Great transitions, especially the one around 2:15ish, and I am just a sucker for the hard drums. Agree with Gizz on the FX. Rather than becoming overbearing, they just helped the effected sounds blend into the mix well.
Above all else, you've piqued my interest to seek out the original. Thanks.
I like how the percussion on this plays well with the melody. a few times you laid some nice stabs over simultaneous kicks or bass hits and it came off sick. Nice work, brother.
Damn man, great drum transitions I love the way you brought in the bass drum and snare into the track just before the 1:00 mark and the percussion around 1:40. The arrangements were nicely done too, especially the tune shared by the mallets (?) and the synth.
On a sidenote, something in the background sounded faintly like my name being called and since I have headphones on, safe to say it got a bit creepy after a few minutes. I won't hold that against this fine track, though.
It was calling your name and saying open your wallet and send Rockingchair all your money (lol)No really the pay off is the review far greater gift than money thanks for the review btw I downloaded your free cd sometime back I listened but dont know where it went crawaled in my computer somewhere and got lost (lol)...Have a good one ....Rockingchair
Listening to this, all I could think of is "if this was my alarm in the morning, I would just ride this mother out until the end of the track". I love the feeling of chaos ALMOST but never quite losing control.
Someone mentioned this as sounding "adventurous" and I agree. I keep hearing that sample of the old dude from Pump Up The Volume going "this is a journey into sound".
I like the way you hear and interpret depression...lol. For real though, it's an interesting take. I usually associate it with very dark and slow sounds and while this did have that a little, it seemed to give me the feeling that there was a silver lining in sight as well. Maybe I'm just hearing things though. Either way, nice track.
Great combination of sounds and very well arranged. The song's elements just blend into each other so well and I really like how you brought the guitar in around 2 minutes as some hard icing on this cake. Nice, man.
Your drum arrangements on this are nuts, man and the synth is just as badass. This is a club banger waiting to happen. You just need an emcee who can rip that kind of style. Guard this track with your life, homey. It's too dope. Favorited.
This is a solid trance track. Good energy throughout this, loved the way it built up to 2:20 and just exploded and you had another solid transition after that too. Your synth work is great. Good stuff, dude.
Buddy, this track is absolute birdflu! The progressions in this track were awesome. They stand out great without overpowering the base melody of the song.
Thanks for making this downloadable. This will find a safe home on my ipod now.
great use of all those sounds, a wide variety that never sounds too clunky anywhere. the progressions in this track were a real highlight for me. downloading.
Also...If you want this to be a collaborative effort, I would love to drop a little knowledge from the college of Jack Russell on this. This beat is killing me.
