on Shame On Me collab with chrischarles2910 by Gordw
some nice ideas... got a little samey thought towards the end ... perhaps the addition of another element would help that but I'm not sure what.. also it's nice to hear a different genre being used.. done quite well as well... nice ... keep 'em coming brother

Thank you so much for the review. Ya, I'm sure as well that something needs to be added.....but I as well don't know what. Chrischarles who has been doing my vocals always seems to have a way of adding what the track needs to bring it to its full potential. I don't play instruments, only use loops so it gets difficult to find loops to match and so the track repeats it self alot. Usually when chris puts his vocals in place he'll add an instrument here or there that changes the whole track sound for the better. Thank You for stopping by.

on This needs vocals by StephenPotter
there are some nice ideas here for me that drum tracks needs to be thicker.. that kick should do exactly that KICK...it should be BOOM >>BOOM>>BOOM it's needed to drive the track along.. the other sounds work great and all seem to have their own separate spaces... don't get me wrong I enjoyed the listen it just lacked that depth that you would expect from a dance track... keep 'em coming brother

Ok. I think its sade to say with this many reviews, something has to be done with this track. I think I probably need to retry this now I've got better at making certain parts stand out, and believe me I'm going to do something to this now, a complete remake I think.

Thanks for the review, expect a remake soon, and I'll send my demos to you soon as well once I get them all finished.

I would say that intro some nice ideas but way too long trust me I love an intro as much as the next man but my !!! as from the rest of the tracks... I would say the drum track need to go down and the basses need to come up because everything is being drown at the mo... there is nothing that can't be fixed here with small tweaks here and there... keep 'em coming brother

on We re all people people by bobbybooth
this reminds me of early 80's electro kinda like the things they were doing when the synthesizers first became available ...nice .. I love a retro track... keep 'em coming brother

on Enough Is Enough by santiagosky
some nice ideas.. it's difficult for me to give you an honest opinion because ...well... I truly hate pop as a genre... its far to clean and sanitized for me... the vocals are a little out of time but I don't think it matters too much because thats an easy fix.. over all sung with heart and that really all I can say... keep those colabs coming brother

on Gimme Dnb - Ioka Flow by Ioka
some nice ideas here ... it just seems to suffer a little from a not quite there mix down... some of your levels are not quite right so that leaves everything fighting for air... I enjoyed the listen a nice cross over dnb track... keep 'em coming brother

on State Of Mind by KoopaTroopa
there are some good ideas here but it feels like to music takes second place to the vocals which left me with a feeling that they didn't belong on the track.... it's a shame really because the dnb beats are nicely done... nice ideas... keep 'em coming brother

some nice ideas... would probably fit more into industrial than dnb but I'm not the genre police so I wont call ya on it... the metal guitar remind me very much of what alividlife is doing at the moment death/thrash metal mixed with dnb.. over all I enjoy the listen.. keep 'em coming brother

there are some great idea here... you do love that guitar loop don't ya?... the sub is a nice touch... I would say your drum track get drowned at times but nothing that can't be fix by side chaining.. nice I enjoy the listen very late 90's.. keep 'em coming brother

on jnp 101 by jjy
some good ideas here you just need to flatten them out a bit because everything comes across quite confused... to start with I though it would be one of those dnb techno cross overs but you stayed true to the dnb... nice... keep 'em coming brother

I like the idea... but the dub step section has far to much reverb on it for me.. the dnb side is well composed and produced ... are you normally a dnb producer?.. any nice idea... I enjoyed the listen.. keep 'em coming

on Let Go by venture91
some nice ideas at the start that bass that comes in around 1 min is just too much brother needs to come down in the mix as does that sub that comes in around 1:30.. they take over the whole track... that panning is a little nauseating if I had been wearing headphones I'd have been sick for sure... there are some good ideas here just some elements need to be toned down to make it a good track...keep 'em coming brother

I hate to be the one to break this but this ain't no dnb brother.. it needs to be faster at around 175bpm.. not quite sure why I always have to be the genre police but... hey ho... there are some good ideas here and the synths are solid.. the intro would fit a dnb track well.. you could drop in at around 1.10mins.. as i said some good ideas and all in all a good starting point

Hi, It was just a random category as I don't know what category to place my tracks in, so I understand it's not Drum & bass.

Thanks for the review =)

on DnB Latino by Mothew
some nice ideas here.. I'm not that it fits the genre but I'm not sure what genre it would fit in... still.. a nice track.. I would have like to hear a higher bass line and maybe a sub in there as well... your drums are just a touch to high in the mix and at times they drown out the other elements..like I said some go ideas.. keep 'em coming

I use Garageband on the mac.
When I convert tunes into mp3 the levels change.
Don't know why- but I like it, adds element of surprise.
And loud noises make me smile
