I think you need to increase the bass just a little, good ambiance and build up though. This has the potential to be a awessome classic sounding trance track. Also I freaking love the roundpan effect you added. Great stuff ~Eeeville

Sorry my german is kinda rusty......................Gute Töne und Schlagweiterentwicklung, mag ich die emporhebenden ambiant Proben außerdem. Der Bruch war ausgezeichnet. ~Eeevilleomadayus

on Do Ya Like It???? by technoassasin
I think you need to increase the tempo on the vocals to match the beat better and also try layering the vocals a bit. This could be really cool right before a beat drop. I would also think about putting a cool filter on the vocals as well. You are right about the synths in this track, they are totally badass. I also like the classic candy raver hardcore feel to this song.

on The Great Stride by miths
Hey Its nice to see someone from Missouri on here, most the other ppl are from all four corners of the globe (I'm out of Columbia, Mo)... Your track has awesome base but I think you should like double the length of the track and add some more fx to the drums. Like a roundpan or something along those lines also, I liked the string arrangement(It could be tweaked too). Good Work P.S. Are you going to Bassnectar Apr.3rd ?

Haha, indeed, it's always nice to see other Missourians in general. Thanks for the critique man, ya I definitely have some tweeking I need to do, going to get started on that now (kind of just throught it up there pretty rough). Not sure if I'm gonna go or not, I'd like to, just have to see how busy I am.

I think the higher pitch samples/fx kinda drown out the beat/bass. You might think about softening them. The track does have good progression.

on once more again (vocals) by nma
the track is a sleek industrial with a classic sound, Depche Mode type arrangement. I think this work is great and you definatly have ability the only thing I would do is even more ambiant sounds until it sounded like a dark orcastra. Love it ~eeevil

You are probably right about the mastering but, Altogether the track has some really great progression. Plus your weird background effects are super trippy. It just need more bass and louder synths. I like the length and intersections.

Did you get that Nicholas Cage sample from free-loops.com? I have that same loop on a track but mine is nowhere near as good thats why I did not post it. This track has great earcandy and super mindf#$k samples. I thought I was schizophrenic for awhile.

I do believe I got the sample from free-loops.com but I didn't know It was Nicolas Cage. Thought it was from the original Psycho movie. Anyway yhanks for your listen and review.

on Life's too short (matrix mix) by Cyberdood
This is one of the sleeker matrix mixes I've heard, but I dont think I've ever heard a housematrixmix. I't seemed like the beat was a little muted although I have to admit house is not my field of experteese. Good job overall

some of the most brilliant art was created when a spirit flows through you and outward, just as the ever expanding universe flows away from the center. This song has a beautiful interconnectedness and deep feel. Your logical brain will try to defeat you when doing art. Like when you thought you were gonna make a dub step track, but your left brain had different plans.

this track is good so don't worry about that. I like the ambient sounds they are good ear candy also the bass is cool. I would like to know more about how you mixed it. ***********************************************************~Eeevil

hey many thanks for the positive review, the bass and synth sounds are all from a microkorg. I mixed it using pro tools, added some reverbs and delays to certain loops and panned things till it sounded ok.

very classic.....wow...I'm Impressed...This really bring me back. One thing that might sound cool is overlapped vocal to give it a layered sound for a dramatic interval. You can also try dropping the beat putting tempo increased vocals towards the end.

The song is great but I would soften the vocal with a rezfilter or something along those line. I really enjoyed the tune. Your singer she has a lot of talent and so do you. Great Team.....
