This is a good arrangement & use of Glitched Synths , Nice kit & Vocals too ' I played One day ' very loud & some of your Wubbers near took my dam head-off' lol , So may i say, The E q-ing & Levels needs to be tighter ! But still a great track. Jamie aka Mad_Manx/Tomahawk
thanks Jamie, I try my best with my crap speakers and they always leave me hanging lol. Sorry bout the wubbers, I really need studio monitors and a midi lol, they're on my list. Thanks mate
Haaaaaaaaa ' i love that BIG OLD PUMPIN SOUND:) it reminds me of somthing Van dyke released in his Early days, I think the track was called *Purge* or somthing ? , Quality Amr' nothing more needs to be said, [[[Turn on Dload]]] ;)
Hahaha ' Your Dload is Turn off ' I was going to take it ' since i was enjoying it so much:) & i love the Classical theme you have introduced ,it really lifts the tune, Personaly i think its fresh ! What program do you use/Colab. in future ? ;) We clearly both have very similar taste's, Big up CR3A-8-TOR < lol
Owwwh i love that **intro to dropin** ' sweet as Honey , Good work Dan ,i can hear you love your work:) iam not 1 for pointing out all the ups & downs & Nice kick n stuff , i just either like/Love it, or i dont , but i can easy say that your work is very interesting_indeed , Nuff said :) Big_up Dan.... we should link up for a chat ! ;)
Great emotions ' very clean & refined Mix ' likin a lot ,,, :)i am not going to remark on Production & so forth, cos there's no need, it speaks for itself , in_it :)
:) Q'ute little track Shetty ' bass cuts thru just fine, & the beat sits tight,i did think the white noise riser was perhaps just a little loud in context to the mix? > Keep_em cumin ;)
Not at all Bad, for a First attempt ? , But not actually enough' so as to give an informed opinion? I would visit the Forums & ask lots of questions about producing, DUDSTEP , some of the more seasoned DUDSTEPpeRs will Help without even a second thought ,,, Jamie aka Mad_Manx/Tomahawk:)
Lol ' sounds like that BassLine is really trying to say something, *A BuZZin Banger for sure* i see in this track you have let most of the kit do the pulling, giving a lot of freedom to the Bass, good call ! Jamie aka Mad_ManX/Tomahawk :)
Easy fella! I use Massive mainly, but also the Korg Legacy cell, ES2, and Kontakt for sampling... All on the mac on logic! But the thing that gets put on nearly all of them is Camel Phat...
I must say you have some very big instruments,in this track, very powerfull indeed,That Bass_note is Lush, & the Kick/Piano + + + , its all there, i think you may have rushed the arrangement, & i say this becuase ,many of the different sounds drop in all to close to each_other ! i have made this eror many times myself,i think this track could be absolutley MASSIVE with the right arrangement, Ps if you ever put this out as a Open_REMIX Please let me know, I Would love to REMIX-It,,, Jamie aka TomaHawk/Mad_ManX:)
Wow Nick, you really should try to dload some Hip Hop / Rap Accapella's from here@Looperman?????? & drop them in this track, Take it to a higher level ? Good work , In sha allaha
yeh, i never really listen to anything other than D&Bass/Trance, usually that is, but i read your reasons for this Tune,so i was compeled, to check it, & i am glad i did, it is indeed a very nice simple tune, & its very good that you dedicated the tune for your grand parents ,leaving ,,,, Ps tidy the ending up :) Jamie aka Tomahawk/Nad_ManX
Personaly i think there are some wonderfull elements to this *track* if i may say so, perhaps the arrangment'would benifit, in regards of Bar/Blocks_Counts? rather than 4/8/16, go 1 nothch up,From what i can gather D&B only deals with 4 & 8 in its fills, & 16/32/64 Bar_counts for ' Verse & chorus's , I hope this helps for future tracks :) aka Tomahawk > Jamie
Aight, thanks man. Thanks for the advice, I'm just a beginner, or maybe I'm past that, but anyway I'm still trying to find out a lot of stuff. You're right tho, I mostly use 8/16 blocks. Cheers
This as changed since i was last here, i know it as ? you have droped_in , some drop_outs < lol. O well, iam sure you have done more work on this track,
Hi TCAS, i think this track is quite well put together, the main riff of the synth_melody is simple @ its best, & thats one reason why i think the track works so well, Somtimes Simplicity is the KEY < ;) The vocals are sweet aswell, thanks to your Little daugther, i see a *star* in the making ! keep the Faith:)
Yes, simplicity was the (lazy) key here...
This track is one big vocal experiment.
I wanted to know how I could do vocals on my own... No studio, just a mic and a lot of retakes of the lyrics :-P
Used only a mic with a headphone for Amy to listen to the track when she was singing.
It's fun to making music this way... a lot to explore!
And... she's a real producer too because she had her own mind on this track... I think it's too slow (I had a 145bpm version but she did not liked that)..
Hi Behond , now this style of Rap/HipHop is more to my liking , i like the rolloin B_line, n the kit sounds nice too'& as you have already said, the Rap its self is crystal clear, Gud_job Dude, Jamie aka Tonahawk/Mad_Manx
This track really reminds me of 1 of my own track,s i wrote last year, just buzz's along nicely, i would have gone for a big drop tho'@ > Mid_Tune, 32 bar's Back_in? Coooool:) Jamie aka Tomahawk/Mad_ManX
