Hello, this is truly a great danceable track with wonderful piano work. The rhythm is compelling and driving. In my opinion, this track belongs in clubs! Also, the integration of the female voice gives the whole song even more lightness. Great! Best regards, Manuela

The Rea* VST's are included in Reaper but are very basic, no fancy GUI, they can be used in any DAW that allows VST2 dll. They are OLD but they still work well. When needed, you can find them on the reaper website in page /reaplugs/
Hello Salvatore, I also believe that you have created a good rhythmic and melodic pop song. However, I also think that the chord structure of your music and that of the singer do not harmonize. Its a pity because the music of the song is really good. It has a nice catchy rhythm and melody with good structure and mood.
Best regards,
Manuela
Hi There 2Sisters, Thanks for calling out what i played with for days by moving cents/pitch/key around. at the time found what seemed to work best.
There is something to keep in mind: This and many other vocalists use multi layered harmonization effect which cause headaches especially when it's non-uniform harmonization.
layered Harmonization if not uniform cant harmonize perfectly unless score is written same way...... that's for motzart.
Hello, I can only say: "we like it." This is the old BaoBou, just the way I love it. Your singing is once again... you know it *smile. Additionally, the instrumental work is top-notch as always. Amazing!
Warm regards, Manuela
Hello Richard, what a beautiful song! The melody and vocal performance are outstanding. The song structure is lovely, and of course, the mix and master are top-notch, just as we've come to expect from you. The song fits perfectly with the current times.
Warm regards, Manuela
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad you enjoyed the song. It means a lot to hear that the melody, vocals, and mix resonated with great people like you. Im thrilled that it fits well with the current times, as that was my goal. Your feedback is truly appreciated.
As others before me have already said, your interpretation of this Christmas song is exceptionally beautiful. You have managed to intone this classic in such a way that it completely captivated me. This is partly due to the wonderful piano playing and, of course, your exceptionally good, empathetic voice.
I am one of those people who also enjoys listening to Christmas songs and classics. I believe they are traditional elements that give us a sense of warmth, security, and festivity. They have helped many people during bleak times to forget their existential fears, even if only briefly. For children, it was a special moment of attention, not just because of the gifts, but because the family came particularly close together on these days.
Unfortunately, much of this has been lost in modern times. Greed, kitsch, and many other things have also changed the Christmas season and unfortunately infiltrated the music. But your song shows that this special warmth can be felt again! Thank you!
Hello, Manuela! I truly appreciate your wonderful message. I wholeheartedly share your feelings about Christmas. Traditions play a vital role in our well-being as human beings. The more we stray from them, the more we seem to lose our way. I feel an immense sense of gratitude that this rendition of Nat King Cole's timeless classic has brought back the warmth and joy of Christmases gone by.
Wow! Wow! Wow! What a declaration of love! The song is not theatrical, the song is beautiful! A wonderful text that touches me deeply on an emotional level! Wonderfully arranged, composed, and sung. I just returned from a performancea small event, a Christmas party where Angelica and I sang a few songs with the guitar and electric piano. We raised money for a nearby children's home. So, I come home and the first thing I hear is this song, which, I can only say again, has deeply moved me. And once again, just like in your earlier songs, that incomparable voice! Best regards, Manuela.
Hello, before listening to the song, I read your detailed explanation and was already convinced that you created one of your darker tracks. However, I couldn't imagine how you would incorporate our vocals into your style. I must say, you did a great job portraying the other side, the unsung part, of our lyrics musically. This duality has something appealing to me. We don't need to discuss quality; I simply expect that from your songs. Good job, quite different this time! smile
Best regards, Manuela
Thank you. I wasn't sure how you would respond, as I truly massacred the gorgeous harmonies you both made, but I wanted to explore the other part of the disintegrating relationship to maybe give an explanation, no matter how bereft it is of sympathy to the narrative.
I've noted it, Dad *lol. No, I can underline that. In my opinion, our most beautiful songs are the ones we sang only with the acoustic guitar or piano. By the way, we still really enjoy doing that live. Beautiful stories in a very small circle, like our Christmas performances. Kindergartens, nursing homes, hospitals.....
Hello, first of all, you have a wonderful voice! Why don't you sing more often? Or have I missed something? The song is good, smooth, and very pleasant to listen to. The chord progression matches your voice perfectly. So why don't you turn it into a full song? What does "reference track" mean to you?
Best regards, Angelica
Hello, if I understand correctly, this song is now 26 years old? I was only 3 years old at that time. It's amazing what great music was made back then with much more "primitive" technology. Today, with all the technical possibilities that everyone has, many things are certainly easier but not necessarily better. Good song, Angelica
That would be correct, I am a Gen-Xer. I have come to realize that some of my more creative work is when the equipment is limited. It forces you to find the best out of what you have. When you have unlimited choices you can become so lost so quickly in what you are doing. I was at my sisters back in 98, and she had a Shite Casio keyboard . I nailed making an awesome pop tune with it and by running it through a Roland ME-30 guitar processor using the wah pedal, made a decent song. I still have it (the song) somewhere. Limiting yourself can produce unlimited creativity. (Write that down, lol)
Hi Chris, the song creates a very ethereal, trance-like atmosphere that is both mysterious and intriguing. It somehow establishes a connection to another time, more like a time in the past. Very interesting and well done. Best regards and have a great week, Manuela
Hello Atilla, you know my heart beats for good country rock, and this one is great. If I had the time, I would work on the song. Well, what isn't can still become! Great job!
Best regards, Manuela
Wishing you and your family a wonderful pre-Christmas season!

Good morning Anthony, you took me on a beautiful journey through a wonderful world of enchanting sounds and melodies. I was completely immersed and transported out of my real world. I thoroughly enjoyed these relaxing moments. The soundscape you present to us is amazing and of remarkable quality.
Best regards, Manuela
Hello Manuela and thanks a lot for your time to listen and comment on my music. Nowadays I am really experimenting, this music was arranged on an ipad, in Cubasis. Well it is of the same family but there are things to look for and enjoy. I am fascinated with the technological evolution. All these synths packed in a small device..well it's huge. I do understand it cannot be as the real thing, but it is close. I can use them to say all this I need to say, they are the means I would never be able to obtain. It is virtual all right, but it is starting to be a new language. I am really glad you liked the quality, I always wonder about it. I can listen to the results on my headphones and on my speakers, even on my phone or my phone's bt headphones, but sound is a very complicated matter and there are lots of parameters I lack the knowledge of dealing with. I mostly rely on the software and on what I am capable to hear.
It is a very pleasant conversation
Have a lovely evening, greetings from Greece

Hello Leo, great work, beautiful rhythm that got my feet moving again. *smile. I find it amazing how you always manage to fully utilize the soundstage without overwhelming the listener with a multitude of musical stimuli. The arrangement of instruments is wonderful, none of them too dominant. A nice balanced mix and an excellent mastering job.
Love Manuela
Hello Robin, I love the sweet moments in life. You've just given me one smile. I enjoyed this unconventional musical playfulness. A truly joyful recording that has really brought down my stress level today. Great work on the drums section, the clear cymbal soundseverything is so wonderfully coordinated. Good job! Best regards,
Manuela
Hi Franz, Im impressed! A song that sounds like it came straight out of the textbook for psychedelic rock. From the beginning, theres a gentle but steady build-up. The instrumentation is ideal, and the use of female ad-libs just before the end puts the perfect finishing touch on the song. The flawless mix and well-balanced mastering do the rest. You should work with your nephew more often *Smile. Best regards and have a great weekend, Manuela
Hi Manuela, thanks for the nice words, this was the second collab between the two of us, the first started at the garden party at my sons place this summer, I will upload that track later. Jasper handled the mixing and mastering this time, his hearing is better :-). We worked in a shared Reaper project, just not at the same time.
Hello my friend, thats fantastic! From the very first notes, I felt the urge to dance. This song should be a staple at every party. Its a great mix of traditional Iberian sounds and a good, modern, driving dance rhythm. Youve built a wonderful cultural and musical bridge perfectly. Truly excellent work in every respect, which has left me in a great mood.
Best regards,
Manuela
Hi Manuela, thank you for your lovely feedback! It means a lot coming from such a talented artist, and Im so glad you enjoyed the track. Wishing you continued success and happy holidays to you as well.
But I think that's exactly what defines an individualist in the end: the slightly delayed start, the not always even key pressure, the sliding of fingers on the fretboard, the slightly delayed entry in singing, the slightly over the chord lying timbre. Many things that I hear as not so good or as a slight mistake in my singing are perceived by many uninvolved listeners as brilliant, great, or sweet. I think a bit of imperfection does our work immensely good, making it interesting and unique. I don't do it on purpose, but I indulge myself and my listeners *smile. Looking forward to your 'hum' *smile.
Hello Richard. This song strongly reminds me of your previous one. It also has a very good catchy rhythm that one can easily follow. Nice. Best regards, Manuela.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm happy to hear that you find the rhythm catchyit truly means a lot to me. Apologies for the late reply; my hands have been quite full lately
Hi! The captivating rhythm gets me moving straight away. My question: What about it isnt supposed to be perfect? To me, it feels absolutely perfect. And you know what? I sometimes miss your earlier singing *smile. Best regards, Manuela
Ahhhh that's so sweet! Well... it so happens I'm actively recording and writing the next track which will definitely include some hideous noises emanating from my vocal chords ;) Maybe over the weekend!
It's funny, Icouldn't write a song to save my life for half a year and suddenly it's all coming back.
What's not perfect? Well, there's quite a few piano chords just ahead of or after the beat, there's a couple guitar sounds that could be louder or maybe differently, I didn't compress/reverb/delay/pan/saturate/highpass/lowpass it all properly. I still don't know what I'm doing.
But I decided that trying to make it perfect was exactly the thing that kept me from enjoying the process. So expect loads of amateur-demo-unbalanced-unfinished - but very PERSONAL stuff that you know came straight from my heart :)
Hi Frans, it's not only funny but also really great. Your laughter is more than just sexy *smile. Loving it? Yes, I absolutely do! Best regards, Manuela
