ONCE UPON A TIME .. just kidding. I found some old skool samples on a disc .. that was given to me years and years ago. not to sure where they are from, but I think some of them are from early e-jay? I pulled them out just 6-7 weeks ago and I have not stopped dabbling with them yet, I have been trying to fuse reggae with hip hop & rap and the kitchen sink and what ever else I can find. I like to do things different and difficult, I stay away from the predictable but I am also trying not to stray to what is familiar .. oldskool with a new sense of dress!
Very nice but like a blank canvas the piano was unexpected and could use a lot more of it, some key changes would take it to another level to making it a great song perhaps! this piece is ripped for a remix! very good.
Thanks djwazu .. you are spot on .. I hope to get back to this and take it to a different Level, I also know this one is going to take me many hours .. but I will have it done soon.
Would love to hear more key changes from you and build towards more conventional song ie Verse/chorus etc... etc...But this is a nice piece, very good.
Have you heard of Linkin Park?
Your vocal is very good and i've download a couple of your acapellas that I plan on using, but this piece is very good as good as anything else on radio in the states!
Just freaking awesome! Sometimes I start listening to a piece and just know yep I'm not going to turn this one off until I hear all of it. Very very good were's the download button?
Thank you soo much for listening to all of my tracks! It means a lot that each song kept you willing to stick around for the next.
No idea what i wanna be later in life.. I hope to keep makin music through the years though :)
appreciate the suggestion, that might have just been laziness on my part ha. I might come back to it and add some variation.. but if not, i'm glad you enjoyed the other aspects of the song!
