Nice grunge to it. Kind of industrial sci fi like. Really good for 54 minutes of work. Master is not bad either. Like those synths. Really nice execution and arrangement

Nice melodies in this. Pleasant listening. Great for the morning. Digging the guitar and how everything fits in the mix. Not much to complain about.

on NO title yet by Coopy
Really like that intro. Gives off a bit of a MMX vibe. I actually wouldn't want to hear vocals on this. But that's just a preference of mine due to the fact I haven't been listening to alot of tracks with vocals. If I do, it's slight accents or I'll try to silence any vocals out of my head and focus listening to the instrumentation. Nice work. peace

Nice one. Hmm...reminds me a lil of some 07-08 Weezy. Synths and brass give off that vibe. Raw, definite fav bro.

Thanks for the response. Yea, I understand the lightheartedness of it but I guess I just don't see it the same way. This is all I can say. I'd be taking too much of you're comment space if I said more. lol Anyways thanks again for clarifying. Still a excellent track nonetheless.

Even though this isn't something that really happened it did provoke those thoughts out of me. ...I'm a very sarcastic person to at times but I will say this. I wouldn't use death as a lead way for sympathetic reviews. I find that a bit tasteless. Even if this wasn't the intent at all. I've lost alot of people last year and almost thought I was going to lose someone yesterday.

I've come close to death many times myself...my profile pic might portray me as a dark mysterious person but this is all just a coping mechanism. I'm just very misunderstood.

Anyways, I don't why I share these things sometimes...it's really the music that brings it out of me. So I'm not mad or anything but please, death is not something to joke about.

Hello mate,
“Even though this isn't something that really happened it did provoke those thoughts out of me.”
I am sorry to hear this.
Death is something that no one can get away from, it doesn’t mean no one can talk or mentioned it in light harted way.
I am sure you are aware of deferent cultures and the way they go about mourning their loss, some like to drink and salute the death, some like to sing some like to chant and some like to scream and beat themselves about over a death of loved ones.
I know there are some my self-included have more than their fair share of loss of loved ones it doesn’t means death is taboo.
In this track like any other films or music whether it is fact or fiction left this world there is no other way of describing it without mentioning death.

on the march by paulavery
Nice one paulavery. Sounds a bit like FFX after the 2:55 mark. Could use a bit more dynamics and punch in the mix but still sounds very clear. Maybe it's just because the bit rate might be a little lower due to our 10mb limit. But really liked the orchestration to this! Great work

Sorry to hear. An emotional ride. That pad exemplifies the pain and anguish. Death is a natural thing...a sad thing. Or is it the start of the next? A reincarnation? Or fated to end and never continue? Is it really....the end?

Hey Guys

So good to hear from you and thanks for the comments. I guess the vintage feel comes from the fact I celebrated my sixty fifth birthday recently? Everything is vintage to me these days!! Yes, doesn't that vocal sit nicely in the track. I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful talent working with me. It's a beautiful voice and an absolute pleasure to record.

Glad you enjoyed the track.

Best

Very interesting use of that hiss like noise. Really like the sounds on this! Yo, we may need to collab on a dnb project one day. I gotta project I'm working on but haven't finished yet. You could probably help me with one of the tracks. I've deleted the two tracks I have finished off here but I'll probably be tweaking the masters of them because I want it to sound top notch. Anyways, I'll contact you when the time is right! Really dig this one, 90's golden vibes!

on Snake In The Past by Spivkurl
Nice one man. The synths are pretty crazy. Not liking this as much as some of you're other productions but still a innovative addition. Has a retro but futuristic sound to it at the same time. Almost a bit similar to some of Renz work lately with his retro type of endeavors. But this is still you're own work so I am in no way taking any credit away from the Spivkurl himself! You're an OG of the loop now man. lol Keep it going

Spivkurl replied 7th Jul 2015 - 9 years ago
Hey thanks GC for the listen and comment! I find it interesting and humorous that you brought up Renz Wilde, as we have much in common and have done behind the scenes work a bit... can't deny the influences he has had on me in the last year. Don't worry, very few people like my more lyrically expressive songs as much as the more non offensive pop stuff. Futuristic?... the future is a myth. You don't have to credit me for this song, just respect the earth and it's non human citizens, this is for them. OG, you mean Old Guy? No he's my prick of a neighbor.... Have an instrumental in the mixing chamber at the moment, so stay tuned!

Like that opening vox. Agree with Kama, really original. Never heard of metal mixed with pop. It kind of works. The vox is what really keeps it going because it has that pop flavor to it and is very unique. Synth is cray. lol Like it. peace

Loving the pad but then suddenly skipped at the :14 mark. Unexpected. I'd definitely fix that, i'm just a perfectionist so it urked me a lil. lol But okay since that everything is sounding smooth...digging that synth! Reminds me a bit of some of the many space shooters I enjoy like R Type or Gradius or Einhander! Great piano melody too. Nice

on S P S Inspirational Song by xXinFormalXxAJ
Definitely hardcore. It is pretty energetic. Wasn't really into it though to be honest. The mix seems overly distorted unless this was intentional. But whenever I hear a the term "hardcore" I do think of something kind of distorted. I do like the lyrics at points. The instrumentation is actually well done. Just not what I'm listening to right now. Keep it up. peace
