Hi, The intro is very Mike Oldfield (Tubular bells/the omen). I like the beat and the string arrangements. The track has a very well produced sound to it. Nice bass drum thumping out those rhythms... I feel you know need a melody/vocal line to make this track sit where it belongs. On top of the pile!

Hi Dave, well I think you know pretty much by now, that I will always jump aboard any mode of transport offered by your good self. I just love your bass style and sound. It's infectious!!! I also love your arrangements and productions, so my job was again the easiest of tasks. I hope you like the clarinet at the end....

Cheers Slap...(Ali Baba)lol..

Hey Man (Ali)..cool job!..it hadn't escaped my attention in fact ever nuance you bring to a track never ceases to blow me away...The imagery of this piece takes me to the 1965 Elvis Presley film Harum Scarum..or something similar(those films had a profound affect on a young adolescent planet..not the acting or music..but the endless bevy of babes prancing around!)..I wonder if we had of fronted the film set and laid this groove down whether we would have got the gig?..MrE would be the perfect percussionist for the clip..we'd have to work around Elvis though! lol..cheers mate and here's to more music in the future.. Dave :)

on One After The 605 by Dennel
Hi Dennel, how have I missed your work? This is as smooth as silk my friend! Super guitar and bass work, and the groove is so Steve gadd!! Wonderful feel... I feel we should do a collaboration on something like this, or if you have this song without the sax part I will add some new tailored riffs...

What do you think?

Cheers Slap... (your new fan).

Dennel replied Unknown
Why Slap, that's a big plus coming from you! For some reason I assumed that you heard this track before? Though these were "edited loops" of you playing, I was able to get the feel I was looking for. But now since you've mentioned it, if you would like to redo the track I'd be delighted to send you the tracks to add your personal touch to. And trust me, I'm your biggest fan lol. So glad you dug it peace. P.S. yeah Steve Gadd was definitely a helluva studio drummer.

Hello!!! It is magnificent review!! Thank you very much. One of my songs you can find here it's call "For my Hero"...here it like an acoustic, and i make it myself at home, But in the real life we play it more like acoustic and metall together.
But in real life i try to work with different styles, I sing in acoustic with 2 guitarists, also sing in hard metall band, also work at studio like back vocal for fame people, and also help many other sides, from Rap till Metall, everything is interesting for me! And my favorite to sing the best world hits, sometimes people ask me to sing covers in the party,( a program for 2 or 3 hours )
thank you again:)

Nice intro, it really sets the flavour! What I like more than anything is this tracks authenticity, I mean it sounds spot on. Who needs effect laden tracks, when you can have this true piece of real music, played by a bluesman... Respect! May see you down at the crossroads...

on The Human Zone by Planetjazzbass
Hi Dave, I really dig the mood you have created in this track, it's totally original! The first thing to strike me after the wonderful intro was your bass playing and the sound it has. Wow man that's a sound... I can imagine a lot of players would love to get that sound. The song sounded full and vibrant before I added the soprano ( a kid didn't turn up for a lesson, so I did it then. That's the beauty of carrying the stuff around with you. You can record anywhere). I really love the atmosphere, so I just played and hopefully left enough space for the track to breath...
Thank you for the invite to play on something so beautiful..

Great feel to this track, wonderful bass drum thumping through. I also like the different voices you have in this one, it creates interest and really helps the great flow of this track. Your production is crystal clear, all vocals/lyrics can be heard, which let's face it, is a really important feature in a track of this genre.. 10/10 my friend...

on we play the villains by InformalCircuit
Cool beat/groove. I like the sparse bassline! Sometimes space is good, it allows the lyric to breath and for listener to digest what's being said. It sounds like the vocal is distorted slightly. Maybe this is the effect you wanted. If it wasn't then I'd say invest in a condenser mic. The MXL range are super...
Also bring the vocal up in the mix, you sound like a great lyricist and rapper, bring it more forward. The track it's self is solid. Great foundation for the extras on top, maybe as deadcult suggests some horn work would be cool, I have loads on my loops page...But all that said, you should be proud of your developing sound...
