Description : Pure psytrance for the festival dancefloor. I made this track for Esoteric 2025. Rolling bass, trippy FX and a huge mainline synth riff all front and centre. Just plain old good fun!

Description : Inspired by the amazing set that Juliet Fox played on the Resistance Stage at Ultra Melbourne this year. Just hard, relentless rave techno that's not trying to be fancy - it just wants to dominate your soul at very high volume.

Description : New bush techno from me, using a sample of a very old interview about life in the future by Arthur C Clarke (sci fi writer). He said these things 60 years ago in 1964 and I just think it is amazing how right he was all those decades ago. I used the Roland JX-08 a lot on this track. Most of the loops I made are available to download if you like what you hear.

Description : Most of this was recorded live using hardware, but I did some post-processing in Ableton and Reason after recording the main parts. The Yamaha V50 is the main synth used on this track, but I have used the MC-505 as well, and FX from the SP-606.

Description : This is some Bush Techno (Psytech) that I recorded recently. Pretty much all of the sounds I used to make this are on Looperman (check my loops). There are two loops I downloaded from here too. Hardware used: V50/MC-505/SP-606/TD-3/JX-08. The birds were recorded in my back yard with Koala Sampler.

Description : An old track of mine that has seen a lot of play out. Made entirely of loops and samples - perfect for this site. The main vox is a proper 'dusty fingers' effort; found on an ancient record in a thrift store.

Description : This is some of my bush techno recorded live. Machines used: SP606/MC505/V50/TD3/Pedals. Recorded onto PC via the mixer's control room out and into Audacity.

I make music under the "Proximity Efkt" moniker.
