Description : Final mix before pressing through a pair of Yamaha HS50M powered studio monitors. This track is from our forthcoming cd album "Festival". This song is a bit of a fusion track due to the styles I have drawn from as the song was in construction. I found a great classical string loop which I then recorded a soprano sax over to give it a regal flavour, adding drums and sequenced bass lines which really morphed the track in a different direction to the intro. Theres a lot of panning in this one to try to get the best from each track and sound.

All feedback is welcome as this is going to be pressed to cd this month. Alexander blows the second sax solo near the end on his alto ( super lines and phrases for one so young ).

Description : Continuing my journey with sampling. This was mostly an accident, and not where I originally thought it would go but I'm happy with the destination. I started with the track Real Reel Switcher by Eunice Russ Frost, which has a slower melancholy swing to it, however I've been playing a bunch of older video games lately, with SSX being in the mix heavily, so this track ended up taking on a bit of that for inspiration as well. Would love your thoughts.

Description : Updated 12/2/2022. This is an interesting redo of a funky and fun composition. I gave it more polish by switching to a different drum kit, swapped the flute solo for a synth, then infused more flavor into the guitars, bass and organ. Then lastly tweaking the final master.
