Description : Not sure how to describe this one, a bit of a mix and crossover, again trying to be a little different. it is very very much still in a rough format and would really value opinions on this, again good, bad or get off!!

Many thanks Benham, good to hear from you and glad you liked
the track, and for enjoying all the elements in here. Many thanks also for your time and comments, very much appreciated.

Mark/Larry
Hello again! I really like this track. Would agree on a few adjustments that can be made on par with what's already been said, however, I think every track can always use something. I like the idea is what I am saying. I would listen to this on the regular. Kudos!!
I really appreciate your time and positive and constructive comments, and I think I now know where to take this track.
Thanks again,
Very best wishes,
Mark/Larry!
there is alot potential with this track, you have alot of different elements to play with, the tansition are nice also. I think if you re arrange this correctly and reprogram some of the structure you could have a hit song
A big thanks for stopping by and listening. Once again some really positive and constructive comments, which will help me improve this track. thanks again for your time.
Take care,
Mark/Larry!
I like this one. The song is experimental and surprise the listener through the whole song. Long time since I've heard something as good as this one. Nice arrangement and i really hope to here more like this from you!
The concept is nice and neat .... There is much diversity in the composition, indicating a high perception of harmonies .... and the work of search performed. Congratulations.
I would not go back on all that has been written here about wishes or reviews of each, sincerely it's a bit secondary, because the listening time is nice .... You are on the right way, keep it up.
Hi Dan,
Nice to hear from you and for listening. It's really good to have your fresh perception and take on this. Thank you for your sincere comments, and you have given me a fresh outlook on my work. thanks again.
Really interested to know what bits we share from my bio!!!
Very best wishes,
Mark/Larry!
First thing I want to know, is when this hits the big time, who do they write out the check to.....Mark or Larry, hahaha.
Like the others have said, a few minor tweaks to the mix would take this one over the top. Just a suggestion, but maybe bring the acoustic/vocals up to the level of synths, etc. in the mix. While the acoustic and vocals in the beginning are nice and soft....and sitting a bit to the right in the mix (at least in my headphones), I think they are missing that stereo picture that would really benefit them. They seem a bit flat and mono compared to the rest of the piece.
Anyway, I'm simply nitpicking here. It really is a great tune even if you leave it the way it is right now. Great job Mark...er Larry, haha. I hope all is well.
Hi Bear,
Great to here from you, and this alto-ego of mine sometimes has me wondering who would pick up the money!!! I suspect Larry would win!!!! thanks for your advice and will be taking it seriously, but it also really nice to know that you like it the way it is. Things are fine this end and hope all is well across the water.
Take care,
Mark/Larry!
OK - everyone has an opinion and I'm not anything more than a listener. My tracks have huge coherence issues so I'm not one to be throwing stones. I think you have to commit to one dominant genre or another. There are brilliant bits to this and in my opinion the dance or techno bits are better than the acoustic bits. I think you can cut the vocals and expand the bridges to complement them. I like this a lot but it has great potential if you kill some of the babies and strip it to its essence which in my opinion is a dance/techno track.

Hi clindsay,
thanks for some very constructive comments, and will look at your suggestions. As I described it, I wasn't quite certain how it fitted myself, so a big thanks for taking the time to listen and your valued comments.
Best wishes,
Mark/Larry!
Basicaly nothing wrong with this piece...on the contrary..It's pretty good work again, Mark! But yes, mix needs a proper balance and everything should be just fine...so cheer up, my friend.:)
Hey Larry...you`ve good a nice poppy "Now: sounding mix going here...I`m biased of course so I particularly like the little acoustic rhythm guitar bits (haha)..the whole thing is really well constructed so kudos to you on the composing...Guess I am another who is not a fan of autotune when its been used to the point that you can hear it...however, you used it as an effect here and thats a different story...I just read an article on autotune where the writer was comparing its current prevalance to that gated reverb drum sound that was the rage for a while in the 80s...but for now its a common part of whats happening in pop music etc...There was one little part at .20 sec in to the mix where I thought that high synth line was a bit distracting...maybe it could be pulled waaay back there...works better where it is in the mix with more compant....Anyway...you`re off to a good start...keep it going...Ed
Hi Ed, thanks for taking the time out to listen, and as usual for your valued comments, which I will be taking notice of. As you rightly say, autotune was used for effect, but probably a bit overdone! So I will be revisiting these areas when I revise the track. Really pleased that you like the composition though, and will keep it going. Thanks again for your time Ed.
Best wishes,
Mark/Larry!
I like some of the auto tune elements, but get rid of them at 1:45 on and keep the mix clean there. Also Maybe a defined chorus somewhere, all in all it has good potential as a song. I agree with the others about the mixing and volumes but i understand this is a rough mix. Look forward to hearing the progress on this one!
Ciao
Steve
Hi Steve,
Your comments and those of the others so far are the reason why looperman is so refreshing, I had really stalled with this one and decided to put it up for critique and valued opinions, which I really appreciate. I am very disappointed with the sound quality though...the final take will be better!! thanks for you time and valued comments.
All the very best,
Mark/Larry!
Thanks a lot for that, despite the messy bits my ultimate aim was to produce a fun (ish)! pop song! thanks for listening and hopefully you will like the revised version too.
Take Care,
Mark/Larry!
Hey Mark, I like the tune a lot, the vocals, instruments and arrangement is all real good but as mentioned the volumes are a bit off especially on the vocals.
Nothing that a bit of eq adjustment couldn't fix.
Great to hear and thanks for taking the time to listen, I did cock up on the rough mix and should have paid more attempt to the vocal mix.... I will sort though.
Take care,
Mark/Larry!
Overall, it's a good song, but in my opinion there are some small mistakes...(for me)...2.12 the short synth is too harsh...the vocs is too low in the whole number...agree with SN, autotune is not my friend, too...
Though,it easily could be a top hit with a little more worh on it...
Hi Danke, thanks for your very constructive comments, and absolutely accept everything you say, but on the positive side I will address these points and hopefully the balance will then be right. So pleased that you liked in general though.
Many thanks,
Mark/Larry!
I quite like it though, again, you've said nothing about how it was made, who's doing the vocals (it could be you for all I know) whether it's all loops etc
I definitely don't like the autotune on the vocals and would remove all of that (it's used as an effect here, not as a correctional tool). But I'll give a better review once you've given me some idea of what I'm listening to.
1:03 I like the busy change and rapid guitar and maybe also arpeggiated synth.
Thanks SM for some very constructive comments again. Firstly the track was put together with loops and samples from dance 6 with some additions by myself. I know you are not a fan of this, but believe me a lot of work and effort goes into arranging and producing my tracks , although on this occasion I decided to upload earlier than I would normally because I wanted some feedback on which direction to take it, as I had become to close to it. I take on board everything you have said and will endeavour to improve the final take.
A big thank you and best wishes,
Mark/Larry!

Description : This one has been sitting on my computer for a bit now but didn't really like it. My friends say it can use some vocals and I think that is what this one needs. If there is anyone who wants to put some vocals on this, send me an email at .magic41151@yahoo.com. or post below. Thanks for tuning in and have a great day!
