Description : I found this one by the random tracks function for about 6 month ago.
Since I've been producing songs for the 8 bit platform I found this song very interesting.
So I had to ask Jeicee if I could get my 8 bit hands on it just to add a lead track on it. No problem he answered. So here it is.
All credits to Jeicee for the original tune.
Cheers,
Anders

Hey, loving the vibe of this. Got the crazy idea this morning of trying to do an R & B type flavor 90s infused R & B hip hop style influence, but as a fun twist, thought about doing them over 8 bit and I think this one has the potential for fun. Anyways, would you be cool with us potentially putting some vocals over this?
I found out that 8 bit has that "in your face" vibe if you know what I mean. Yes I would be total cool with a vocal track. Keep me posted about the project. Still I think most of the credits must go to Jeicee for the original track.
It's been a while but I have just finally uploaded the video containing this song as I said I would. They are only bloopers, and I recommend watching the original video. All music that I use comes from people like you who create these tracks, thank you, and keep producing some awesome music. Here's the link as you wanted.
Why do I have to post a comment to download this? If you are the reason that I have to leave a comment on this then screw you for wasting 5 min. of my life. sweet song btw
Thank you! It's all because of your great initial work. Man, people just love this tune, and so do I. I really hope you understand how much this tune is an ode to your work.
Pretty awesome chiptune, I plan to use this for my channel on YouTube at Vault 56, it'll be used as bloopers from weekly acting videos as background music.
I'm digging this! This sounds like it would be in a retro game. This remix is incredible. I would totally recommend letting Nintendo check this out. I can vision this being in a retro style Tetris with modern day graphics, y'know? Nevertheless, beautifully constructed! Faved!
Really nice track. This one grooves really nice and the 8 bit touch works very well. Has a bit of house flavor in it, jamming 8 bit tune! Reminds me a bit of probably my favorite gba titles, the Megaman Battle Network series. Has a hint of that to it. Great work, peace
Cool track, but I'm unsure what 8bit chiptune. Is it music for games? Please pardon my ignorance, but I've seen a few of these and never really knew what it was.
Hi Scott, I can understand that there is people out there that doesn't know what a 8 bit chip tune is. I'll give it a try. An 8 bit chip tune is a tune created for the 8 bit platforms like Nintendo Entertainment System NES or like the Commodore 64. Since the different platforms has got different sound chips but with the kind of the same sound like sawtooth, waveform, square and triangle sounds all of them sounds alike in a way that can be described as a chip tune. Since many of the users spent hours playing a game with music in the background many of the old players recognize the typical computer game sound.
I have no idea if you still know what I'm talking about and there are people out there that can put it in other words, so just google it if you feel like you still did not get it. English is not my mother tongue you know ;)
Thanks for listening and your time spent on comment
This is the best 8bit chip tune i think i've ever heard. You've managed to blend those old arcade sounds perfectly with some great synth sounds. I don't know what the original sounds like but this is pretty mega. I love the soloing as well, it's very uplifting and definitely fun to listen to.
I like your style aelmen, it's quirky and a little bit different.
Great stuff.

Yes!
Remember that it was Jeicee that made the original track and the arcade sounds is all a part of his work. I remastered the track and made room for the lead plus some minor additional sounds. Nice that you found this track as one the best chip tune you've ever heard, that's fantastic to hear and you are right, I feel like my work really is different on good and bad.
Well, I hadn't heard the original so I had to listen to it before your track. Thx for providing the link.
I thought the original was brilliant. I love 8 bit and thought Jeicee produced an excellent track.
Then I wondered how you're track would compare. Fantastic! Take this the right way I hope, but it sounds like Pet Shop Boys did a remake :) I kept waiting for Neil Tennant's vocals to start at some point, haha.
You reproduced this so well while still maintaining true to the original. And very cool lead. Although the production is very clear, your lead kinda sounds and feels retro, which is awesome! All those bends, I could picture someone playing it on one of those stand up guitar/synth keyboards that where popular in the 80s.
Great work. Your quickly becoming one of my favs :)
Great that you did listen to the original track first. I really hope that people understand that this is a remix.
Good old Pet Shop Boys you said... What an honor!
My intention was to maintain the original sound and feeling and just add some additional effects and supporting sounds and of course a cool lead with sliding sound and bending notes.
yes one could picture a long haired guy with fluffy hair style jumping around the scene playing the lead. :)
Hey! This is super, and a lot of fun ha. I think you did a great job here and it's nice to just sit back and groove out. Sweet deal man I loved it.

Beautiful rich sound all round .. pun not intended :) My fav type funky bass and the pads mixed with the 8-bit hook and then to the party zone .. very well structured and editing is faultless .. Congratulations :) Def fav
The bass was to much in the background on the original sound track so i had to use some equalizer to bring it forward, like more to the old time "in your face" bass. Nice that you named the latter part for the party zone, I liked that!
Description : This track does not have any kind of cymbal or percussion because i wanted it to sound as dry and clean as possible.
My first attempt for a 8bit chiptune thing, at least i think its that genre, idk.
Enjoy!
Description : chiptune + hiphop drums. might upload a drum-less version later?
Technically my second track I've uploaded to this site, but the first one was purposefully terrible. I deleted it because I didn't want it taking up my track space, lol. Enjoy

This is an 8-bit Chiptune test track. Please do tell me guys what techniques or any formula that i've missed in making these types of Chiptunes since I'll be making a set of these (about 7 or 15). The title of this track will be "Vast World" and will be included in the album "Quest Of Life" which is FAR from done xD
I'm back! My PC is finally fixed after 1 whole month!
Description : thanks to bosemose for providing a vocal loop, yeah i thought this sounded pretty cool! nice little 8bit song that gets intense and intense, and then ends chill
Description : I made a wheel of different music genres including games and chiptune etc. Spun it and level game came. Wasnt too hard to make since it pretty much contains a synth bass and and arp + Fx. This sounds like an old game like Bricks Breaker which is a very addicting game to me fsr.
Description : SORRY ABOUT THE INTRO. lol I was practicing risers and just thought that intensity to release was nice. That's def something I could work on is risers.
Hope you like this Chiptune piece. Made with Magical 8 bit Plugin mostly. Highly recommended to anyone looking to compose Chiptune in FL or a DAW.

Just browsing the comments and found that I haven't replied to this one. The original is good but it lacks the lead that I added in this one.
