Description : Every instrument is performed and recorder live. Piano, double bass, drums.
Another try from my horror jazz collective.
Instruments Used:
-"LIRA" upright piano (MADE IN USSR 1973)
-"BLAST CULT" upright bass (MADE IN USA 2016)
-TAMA Imperial Star + Pearl OMAR HAKIM snare + Various Ziljian cymbals.
This has an acid jazz feel to it, basically urban modern jazz. I have the first "Mushroom Jazz" disc, from a series, and this reminds me of some of that. Free flowing, impactful and certainly well performed and put together. I think Jaco Pastorius would have dug this.
different and interesting composition the piano sounds great really full and pure sound very avant garde composition which is not the norm fresh and a welcome change Bravo sir. best regards Robbie.
What's up Click,
Dark intro. I like dark. But not startled lol nice baseline that got me though by the way. This ruff and ruff! Definitely a modernized Michael Myers theme song
you have disappeared from here for a while and I will tell you I honestly missed your individual, wonderfully cozy, creepy songs ... well now we got one of the best ... with a little exaggeration it could be metal, if I only think about those two-legged drum themes, but let's leave ...: -)
thanx for the upload, standing ovation with the scare on my face...:-)
Thank you sooooo, sooooooo much! Missed this place and you guys so bad! I was moving studio, dealing with some every day life and stuff like that. Thanks again for kind words!
well exploded !!! great part of drums ... the bass is explosive! on the mix (at home) the pianos are "a bit" too strong ... but it's a great job!
Michel
i was wondering what style you put.....n there u have it...weird.....n so it is.....enjoyed my listen..great playin man..full on original work bro...cheers
I actually have a piano (Petrof) but I don't dare to play it in my tiny appartment with neighbours on all sides. But this is certainly inspiring... a real piano is still better than a Roland. Well done man!!
I've tried Petrof grand once, they pretty similar to modern ESTONIA pianos. The best thing about modern weighted electhic pianos and synths is the speed of key return so you can play really fast. I mostly have vintage ones, so expirience some limitations caused by mechanism's amortization. Thanks!
OOH nice man! I think adding some reverb would give it a dark open feel but that's just my opinion! Everything is recorded and mixed pretty good! Very dark vibe for Halloween!
Nice and dark, the triplets from the double bassed drums are notable. And the pure dissonance in the arrangement add to the darkness as well as gearing towards the bassier side of arranging. Well done composition.
Thank you mr. Crocethus, sir. Well there is some progress in recording upright bass aspect, unlike my english (still). We used plastic beaters on kick drum for this, suuuuuper happy with kick sound. Thanks again!
Description : working on a more rock heavy metal crossover. I try to get it working. I got lots of insparation from here on LM, looking for any advice that would help me to get closer. I left the beat in the end open, so you can try it out. guit, synth or vox, etc....

Description : One of those tracks you put your headphones on and your off too fantasy land for bit.Its all over the music spectrum on this track.*no foul language but does have lyrics that contain adult language
Description : Many of strangeness here ....
A link between two musical worlds quite different but united in this message of harmony.
"Silverpaw" (former Looperman) had in the depths of one of its hard drives, this arrangement that I made the past year: https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/120846
He decided to bring this theme, with a text and this voice ....
Very surreal but I really enjoyed ....
Description : I am quite open to all kind of music out there. This time I had some Church organ pipes lying around. With the help of 2nick8 and IMHO one of his best songs out there I put him into a big room and let the organs speak. Yes, maybe weird, maybe different, maybe 2nick8 will throw some egg against me ... I did it. What do you all think of it? (I changed the Genre to "Weird" in the meantime but "Experimental" would do also.
Description : I started out making this track a Vocal track, then it turned into a Chillout track but, now I'd say DubJazz, PsychoFunk or Weird. You be the Judge.
Description : Hey guys! Well, this is the first time I upload a song with my voice. I have to confess that this is not a style I usually sing. And, as an extra point, this is my first song in english. My native language is spanish, my english is not perfect, so sorry for mistakes (grammar, pronunciation, etc). Well, about lyrics, I explain the story on description of the instrumental version. If you want to read the story or hear the instrumental track, go here [ https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/146653 ]. This song was made on Magix Music Maker 2013 Premium and Adobe Audition 3.0. I hope you like it. Thanks! SUN & MOON... FIRE & ICE HEART... LIGHT & DARK FUSION...
Description : I haven't done anything in awhile. I got tired of screwing with this so just did some gain staging & panning & slapped it on here. It definitely sounds like something I would do.
Description : Again not sure of genre but it is kinda weird. Very much an experiment and Im not sure if it works but someone will let me know no doubt. If you can cope at all probably better with headphones. Pad sound is guitar treated with reverbs, crazy drums constructed from Akai kits and free jazz SFZ kit, sax samples and minimal synth line from arturia minifreak
