Some kids would probably poke it with a stick before calling the cops :D
This is a very cool strange macabre song. absolutely unique as a piece of art. Great work. Makes me think of the film Stand by me.
Thanks Slimm! Poke with a stick, throw a rock at it, get an RV boat.... lol.
I was wondering if anyone would mention Stand By Me as it did come to mind as I was penning this one. It's a little dark I suppose but not meant to be, it just has that "off" sort of feel to it.
This is so surrealisticly cool :-)
That mandolin kinda guitar is gorgeous at around 1.20 ... the whole one is a bit Nick Cave like for me ... dark alt one ...
I know, I wrote many times but this is one of your best bro ... :-)
fistbump with my like and dl of course,
Danke
This one came together and I was surprised myself by the overall sound and feel of it, a happy accident as my favorite painter Bob Ross would say. I wasn't going to add any vocals at first because it was different sounding and I liked it. I didn't want to mess it up by adding vocals.
Alt/rock but no genre here. That Nick Cave is such a bad seed. sorry.lol
An interesting subject matter for a song I thought.
Hey, check out this hour long lecture from Gresham College that a professor, Carolin Roberts, gave about the science that happens when a body is found in a river. She is a specialist, it's pretty interesting.
I watch a lot of lectures from universities all over the world about interesting topics, mostly scientific. Weird subject matters can inspire interesting songs.
Hello Wayne, a very nice story that you tell. Great balade, well implemented and instrumented. Your guitar work and your singing are exceptionally good. The economical instrumentation makes this song very soulful. Great! Greetings Manuela.
It's weird how songs come together some times, this one is wide open and pretty basic. Wasn't sure if I was going to add vocals, took a couple days to get a vocal idea together but once the lightly morbid subject came the words spewed out of my mouth like a firehose, he.

Description : This one has been sitting on my computer for a bit now but didn't really like it. My friends say it can use some vocals and I think that is what this one needs. If there is anyone who wants to put some vocals on this, send me an email at .magic41151@yahoo.com. or post below. Thanks for tuning in and have a great day!
Description : Based on excellent track by BradoSanz (nothing compares instrumental). I've added an intro, many sliced up vocals, audio effects, and some electric guitar. Includes loops: Holly's Within your soul, and 40A's Unstoppable.
