I wanted to hear a trap sound in there, but still good ; the vocals and beat is good

Nice groovy beat. There is an RNB singer on here by the name of Stephen, you two can do a lovely collaboration. Nice work.
Modnex replied 9th Feb 2024 - 2 years ago
Thanks, mate! I appreciate the kind words. Maybe me and Stephanie will collab one day.

nice switch up from rnb to dance at the beginning. the vox are a treat, retro but contained — i was half expecting it to get really emotive, so the minimalist closing was a cool twist. your arrangement makes the most of the brief run-time. i’m diggin it!
Modnex replied 7th Aug 2023 - 3 years ago
Thanks, Stokes! The minimalistic closing may be temporary. I'm going to up the dance factor on this and make it a bit more catchy when I get some more time.

Very cool track. Love the vocal and FX on those. I'd probably agree with the more guitars comment but that's just me. But it's a dinky wee track as it is with a cool feel and great words and melody.
Modnex replied 6th Aug 2023 - 3 years ago
Thanks, bud! I'm definitely going to go back and mess around with it. I don't use guitars much in my songs, as I'm a crappy guitar player :S -- and haven't really found a VST that creates realistic guitars. If you have any good suggestions on ones that I could try, I'd be grateful for the suggestion! Thanks, again!

Definitely great electronic track your vocals fit this very well! Great synth works. Maybe a little bit more of a guitar sound with in the background or something with it your voice has like that little rock type of vibe
Modnex replied 5th Aug 2023 - 3 years ago
Thanks, Cincoent! I'll definitely play around with that idea, as this track is far from finished, and will probably go through many updates when I have time. Thanks for the kind words! :)

Description : Hmm, it's a very stressful week to wait for some biopsy results and then I made a decision - let's do something.
Surfing through the acapellas on Looperman I found quite interesting vocal track by RayKoefoed ( it's a 16 years old file ). Well, loved the lyrics either :)
Here we are - an electronic dance type track with a punk style singing.
The first time I was doing something like this:) :) :)
Chill out guys.

And here it is a "nightingale" singing in an unknown language (Aalle Elvish) in a fairytale world... Many thanks to Lesperado and Elven voice for this wonderful acapella ! (Please see lyrics in English).
This track, which I had uploaded last year too, required some extensive retouching. I hope you like it !
