Description : Walking in the dark
And sloshing thru’ every puddle on the way
I recall the day when everything went astray
I was on the street accepting my defeat!
I walked home all alone in the rain,
And all my cries, all in vainYou called me on my phone
And spoke to me only when I was alone
You called me out on a date for 3 nights straight!
Sitting under the stars, we spoke from the hearts!
We were at our best, just being you and I
We were helplessly, hopelessly falling in love!
We were just being you and I!!
We were just fine, until
I faced some problems of mine
I called out for help;
For A safe place for me and for my whelp!
You weren’t happy with the new place
You came home with a grim face
I always wondered why you had your helmet on
I did not realize then you were the boogieman!

Look, what I did to you was wrong
I was messed up in the head
I was only trying to look for the man who got lost
I was all over you; I was totally in to you!
I know I killed you with my talk;
But how far I would go to bring you back?
You lived in a world all alone
With broken heart and rendered opinions

As memories stain, and later pain
I wage war in silence with nothing to gain
I know, I love you but not the way I used to
No more words to scar the soul
No more fights to make you understand
No more words that will split your heart in to two
No more tears to shed, no more crying all alone….
I’m over whelmed with pain and shame
I knew I’m the only one to blame

This is another great composition Camy! Your stuff is very reflective and deep. A lot of contrasts within the piece. You just kinda seamlessly flow in and out of good and evil!

Sorry for the late reply.

First of all, I thank you for reviewing my track. The difference between this track and other tracks is that I first wrote the lyrics and later composed the song. This song is very personal to me. The song is based on a true incident happened in my life!

PS: I am not a native speak, and English is not my forte. If there are any errors, please forgive me. I am learning english :-)

Thanks,
Camy!

A very beautiful piece. The only suggestion I would make would be to fade out the end. Is that you speaking in the beginning? If so, I love your voice and would like to know if you would like to narrate somethning for me in the not too distant future.

I lived in Ontario for a year. On major Mackenzie. Down the road from Wonderworld and pretty much across the road from Wonderland Foods.

All The Best

Thank you very much for your reviews. Nice to know that were from ON too :) Please let me know how I can help :-)

Yes, It is me who is narrating at the begining. The reason I did not fade out at the end is because I wanted to reflect the abrupt end of a true story. I first wrote the lyrics and posted here==>undaunted-souls.blogspot.com only after that, i composed the music.

Once again, thank you very much for the reviews it means a lot to me :)

Regards,
Camy

Description : Uk Garage track. I thought I didnt like much UK Garage until I became hooked on 'People Just Do Nothing' here in the UK on one of the BBC channels. Saw a track list and realised I had or liked most of the tracks, so here is my tribute to UK Garage.

Description : This is my spin on a track based on the vocal line Beautiful Disaster by Miscliqued. I liked how well performed and recorded it was, a premiere delve into the genre of two/step garage. I used the vocal line available, it's less than a minute. It was good to get a feel in this style which I hope to endeavour in my never ending quest up the spiralling path into the cavern of which is the mighty river of the mountain quest into the world of music productions.

Description : If you’ve ever played in a “Garage Band” you know how it feels to play anything with your buddies.
Well I haven’t played face to face with these guys since 1976! “Big Ant” Chicago Il. (Bass) doesn’t do technology (still has a flip phone) sent a Bass track to MarkT Plano Tx. (Drummer), that he recorded using his phone Ikr.
This is the most fun I’ve had making a track in a while.
So if you’ve ever played in a garage band you’ll know where I’m coming from
PEACE…

Description : Im new here and just thought i would get some feedback on this. Ive been working on this for a while and have finally got a sound im happy with.Everything is raw except the midi pimp leads at the end. Dont mind the drums, some parts are way out of wack. But i tracked them just to get the idea down. Im going to re-track them in a couple of days. Any criticism is appreciated!

Description : Ok, this is my song for the "Loop Challange" started by FreeRadikal https://www.looperman.com/forum/thread/182711?page=1 Maybe you cant hear the 3 loops i had to use (in any way) BUT i realy only used this 3 loops and a drumline, my voice and just a 4th loop (the chello or string one). All in all it was a real fun to work with - not chosen- loops and the result is something i realy didnd done the last 20 years. A kind of a punksong .... it´s a genremix i believe something punky, powerfull and strange with a touch of the 80´s and with electrostuff and guitars ... --- jetzt geht es los - means something like - Here we go -and- Now it beginns - have fun
