I think you have a good voice man, this song has great potential! I agree with Dean though some variation needs to be implemented to keep things interesting. Music is subjective so take anything anybody says with a grain of salt as it is just their opinions. A common "rule" followed is most modern music is something called the 2 loop rule, meaning every "2 loops" something needs to change whether that be adding energy, taking it away, adding different rhythms, adding drums, taking away drums. All of these change the "feel" of the song and keep things interesting from beginning to end. With that said some producers can use this "rule" to much and end up changing the entire dynamic of the song so that isn't good either so try to find a nice middle ground. Again though great voice and vocal melodies I see great things coming!
Hi Mos, as you said you haven't finished this track yet, I will throw a couple of suggestions you could take into consideration when deciding to complete it. You may already have them figured out already:
1. Introduce a bit of reverb, delay and OTT on the vocal to introduce depth and stereo effect.
2. Introduce a chord change in the 2nd half of the track, to introduce some variation (example, if your song is in Am, then bring it down to FMaj, going up to GMaj and then back to Aminor again.
3. You need a strong finish for this, rather than a fadeout.
You probably already have solutions to complete it in mind, so these are just my personal observations.
It sounds like you are going through some stuff in your personal life. Hopefully your music is giving you some sort of outlet to help you through the dark times.
Good morning from OZ, thank you for your time and comment, yeah takes a bit to get back into doing music of some standard after a complete break from any music or even opening up DAW, hopefully I keep getting back to previous times, anyways mate thank you, I'll head your this evening OZ time peace mosaic
You haven't skipped a beat with your absence, this one is a banger, great intro so it captured my interest right from the start. You say sad but I think there is a lot of upbeat positive vibes happening here. Just the volume automation going from softer to louder shows a rise, movement upwards, a positive direction. There is positivity here too.
It is a peace love respect music (mosaic) :-)
I really donno this genre but sometimes it's cool to ride on the wings of this kinda music ...
it was the same now ...

Thank you for the listen. Glad you enjoyed this piece, not my best work but getting there, thanks for fav too mate, head your way a little later peace mosaic
top work bro love that intro and that repetitiveness of the melody like all the synth work and that punchy beat, great tempo too its a foot stomper and a head bopper, great mix
Hey mate.
Thank you for great feedback much appreciated, glad you enjoyed listen, I'm still a little bit rusty after not doing tunes for approx 5yrs so hopefully I will get back to my normal standard now, Thank you for the fav too my friend Peace mosaic
I like the consistent minimalist arp in the background.
Good tension build around 1.42 and then the release is satisfactory.
For me, this has a Synaesthesia (Thrillseekers) feel to it.
I wonder how it would sound with some vocals added?
Best wishes from wintry South Wales.
G'day Dean.
Many thanks for feedback and review, I have some vocals to try in draft, will see how it goes with vocals added, Thanks again from hot humid WA in Oz, little cooler today but hit a couple of 36c days already and it is only spring.thank you for fav too mate. Take care Peace mosaic
Really good track my friend! As you commented on mine, this is not something I usually listen to, but I totally enjoyed it start to finished and it really kept my attention. Great job!
Very nice track Mos! The vocal effects are what I notice first, they work well with the music. Someone mentioned floating in their description, good way to put it. The music just floats along while the vocal bits sit it them bringing them more into the focus.
The side chaining effect is fine with me. Each song needs it's points of interest and you used this effect. I'm ok with it, maybe you don't use it again for months. It stands out here because it's prominent but it works fine here. I certainly don't know all the elements of house music but if it sounds nice, I'm down with it!
Greetings my friend
Thank you Wayne for review and feedback, made a couple adjusts to this one. Tidy up a few levels in this version after your feedback from draft send to you. Happy you enjoyed mate, much Respect n Peace mosaic
Hey mosaic, loving this man, sounds great in my headphones. Love the tempo, kinda kicked back ibiza chillout vibes, really cool. The vocal sample really suits the track. Really like the dynamics and the pump from the side chaining. Great stuff, faved !
Hello, it's not exactly my genre. Therefore, my opinion expressed here may not really be accurate due to the genre. But I can say how the song affects me and what I notice.
First of all, it has a good structure. The singing, or rather the singing fragments, are musically well embedded. The song basically sounds fun and vital and the basic rhythm gives me an exhilarating feeling that makes me want to move to the beat. The sound spectrum is well utilized. Bass, mid and high are balanced. As Paul said, the ending was good too.
What I personally don't like is that the sudden beginning of the song almost frightens me.*smile One or two empty bars (O-Volume) would be nice. Then I personally think that they used too much compression during mastering. Even though it's common practice to work with a lot of compression in this genre, the "pumping effect" seems too strong here.
All in all a good song. I look forward to hearing more from you here.
Kind regards, Manuela
Good morning Manuela, thank you for your time reviewing my piece. Just a fun track which won't be to everyone taste, I did mastering of the track, happy way it ended up. I've been away from music for about 5 years so going to be little bit rusty, I'm just glad to be back on the loop n starting to do tunes again, I'll head your way in the near future to hear some more of your tunes Peace n Respect mosaic
not my genre really but wow... that outro had me floating man seriously what a beautiful organization of sounds really makes you feel something just a heartbeat haha incredible :)
nice track and good intro bro, love the glitchy delay and pounding beat the vocal ad lib is a tight fit and the side chaining sounds cool to my ears, nice change ups and i like when the outro is given attention too, lots of people give a good intro and track then disappoint with a lazy finish liking what i here from you bro, keep up the hard work
Hey Dime, thank you for review, agree fully about outro in tracks, I try n get all aspects of the track to sound good. Even though touch out of practice but will get back to my normal standard, now I'm back doing tunes more often, have a backlog of about 200 plus tracks to finish over the few months, many different genres coming soon cagain thank you for your time and kind words Peace n Respect mosaic
