Hello, well, I'm not sure if it's better now since I haven't heard the previous version. But I still think it's a bit far from a good mix. To my ears, the whole song is overly compressed. You seem to have focused more on a strong drum/bass presence than on a balanced mix.
I don't know to what extent the loops you used are available as individual channels. If they are separate, you probably loaded them all to their full capacity and limited them with a limiter. This resulted in significant distortion and took away the dynamics of this short song.
Best, Manuela
I too agree with TrippleN97, it is the low end that needs a bit of adjustment for your sound to be better. The use of the loops is just fine and it made a nice song.
Yes, keep up the good work.
Best wishes, Anthony
It's a nice song. However, the mix can still be improved, especially the lower end. If you can just twerk some parameters on your 808, especially the ADSR, it could help eliminate the overlapping tails. Everything else sounds good from here.
Hello urbanmusic01, just listened to your track and quite enjoy this type of music.....its long been a favorite. For me its very relaxing thought provoking and for me leads to other musical adventures....you picked a good lofi piece to go along with your work, good job my friend.
Urban, hello.
For a first attempt, this is really pretty good. It could use a few improvements here and there, though. Which is absolutely par for the course for a beginner. With a little dedication, you'll be knockin' out bangers in no time.
Keep it up.
Take care.

Cool sax play but on my humble opinion those drums aren't fit for this genre ... you should change it ...
...and the end is abrupted a bit ... try to let the last note fading out more...
hats off though,

I have a extra bass headphone but still im almost sure that your bass is is way too hard.
If you turn that down it's a really good beat
