Hi Ed, that's good to hear. I have trouble with bass, never know if it's too loud or too soft, or too low. No reliable speakers to check these things, except my headphones. I should use a reference track I know...

Yes, definitely check Salve out, Ed. Very unique I think. Has a pretty sophisticated sense of melody and obviously can compose decent lyrics.

I tried keeping the guitars more on the clean side like the original. My new Epiphone Les Paul Jr can give the clean rock tone in so many ways, always loved this classic guitar.

Ahh Ed, Welcome. Always good to hear from you. Yes I am going through a dry spell (as we all do from time to time) I never force the creativity but I did revamp the studio and I wanted to try something. I picked up a Cheap Strat copy from China (Temu) which is surprisingly not bad, so I am re-learning some guitar.Be well mate!

Thankyou Ed, i appreciate your time, i always try to improve and i just like being funny at times, the description just happened thats how my mind works, im a rank amateur who acts and behaves like i think im a pro star, making people laugh is always a good idea. the tracks done well for listens and comments but a number have enjoyed the description like yourself,
