im a self taught funk musician.i specialize in funk,jazz,r&b,house,techno rock and some hip hop.i play with a band I founded called FreeFlow Band www.freeflowband.info where I play keys and the talkbox and sing as well!

im very old school and haven't been able to afford the kind of computer I want to do my music on so I currently use a Tascam 2488 a fostex fs160 which I hot rodded with a bigger hard drive

just about everything old school ( not liking this modern stuff too much)
I have so many and im always making mixed cds of various artist but I would have to say that I MANDRE ( all 4) are definitely at the front of my stack
im heavily influenced by my friend and mentor mr Andre Lewis (RIP)(aka)MANDRE!im also influenced by George Duke Herbie Hancock ,Prince and the Minneapolis sound is a really big influence! Parliament Funkadelic also another big one! Kraftwerk Trevor Horn's work various rock and heavy metal bands!my list goes on and one especially since I own over 4000 records!
a mixture of funk( on the one with the p-funk) with jazzy touches with some house techno and hip hop thrown in and can be heavy on the Minneapolis sound (ie) prince andre cymone and the time jesse johnson and when I wanna rock out its basically a funk metal hybrid
