I'm working on a post hardcore project with a friend of mine that is more of a chevelleish sounding undertone. And another completely solo project where I'll be using more loops and drum pads than any other medium and whatever weird sounds I can come across. Maybe like a NIN but much less angry

Again, Maynard James Keenan is at the top of my list because of the emotions he can invoke with his lyrics and voice, not to mention the broad range of music he covers. Fiona Apple comes in second. Chevelle, Deftones,and Benjamin Burnely are a few others.
