I've just recently gotten into really using a computer to make music. I played guitar and sang in a band for many years. I've recorded with NLEs like cubase and cakewalk but am really liking ableton live for arranging. Anyway, I usually write guitar parts and then spend hours programming the right drums. I'm getting better though.
