I crash landed on Earth back in 1990. Having no way of adjusting to the planet's atmosphere in my natural form, I inhabited the body of then teenager Patrick Yeck. As the years passed with no contact from the home world I longed for comfort and companionship. I soon discovered that music transported my mind back to my home world and this greatly eased my suffering and loneliness. I noticed that different styles of music made me remember different parts of my home world. He began to make music and mix various styles of music together as a means to remember different places on my home world at the same time. I learned that on this planet one who mixes such things is known as a "DJ" so I adopted the surname and from then on was known as DJ Miasmic. I continued to compile sounds and styles from all corners of the planet and called these compilations "Audio Sculptures". Through these "sculptures" and "sound collages" it is my goal to share my world with yours.
