I believe that music tells a story, and when you are open to hearing it, you can find worlds of feeling that are hard to put into words. The best songs are written by people who have been through the most emotionally troubling things and are able to put their feelings about those things into the words or delivery of their music.

Nothing fluently, but I can pick out a melody or two on guitar, keyboard, piano, or recorder (the instrument, not the electronic gadget).

I am currently a housewife after man MANY years as a waitress, a martial arts movie distributor, a Caribbean merchandise salesperson, a comic book script writer, and an advertising consultant for a major martial arts movie distributor in the southeast. Happy to have a brief hiatus from the workforce while I seek a more comfortable working situation, I am throwing my name back into the musical hat to see what happens.
