I'm a hip hop/Producer artist, started rapping since 1998 with a crew from South Africa in Eastern Cape. In 2008 I opened my recording label Majesty Records, since the I have signed one group under the Label Crazy Crew. I have been performing around schools and universities, had an opportunity of sharing the stage with one of the best well known Hip Hop artist in South Africa Maxhoseni.

April 2010 I released my first instrumental mixtape called The Offering Mixtape which has been on high frequency around Cape Town, a month later got signed under PK-Marshals.

TheMajesty is my stage name, Luthando Matewu is my real name, hailing from the Eastern Cape in South Africa. I am currently studying at the University of Western Cape.

I'm learning to play piano, having my own lessons on how to use the machine.

At the moment I'm using Fruity Loops, Reason, Protools.

I'm influenced by the best producers around, Dr Dre, Kanye West, Swizz Beats, also Stethoscope from South Africa.

My music is straight to the point, targeted to heal people's soul through music. I am more of a conscious rapper speaking about issues that we face on a day to day basis.

When I'm not doing music, I'm in class focusing on my studies,
