Bobo is a Hip Hop and R&b producer from Anniston, Alabama.
He first was first introduced to and inspired by Hip Hop through groups, such as The Geto Boyz, N.W.A. and Eric B. and Rakim. Bobo had been pursuing a career in Hip Hop since age 18, only to take a few breaks along the way to attend college in the field of Criminal Justice. Bobo first appeared as a member of the group Slum Lordz, whose singles "Heavy Weights", and "Ghetto Freaks" recieved some regional success. After the group disbanded in 2002-2003, he decided to focus more on Production and Songwriting. While building his catalogue, Bobo found it to be in his best interest to begin recording and releasing music under his own imprint, Boom Box Productionz. At this time he is currently working on his first solo release, "If I Knew Then.." and the follow-up, "What I Know Now.." slated to be released in 2010-2011.
