My Father was my first influence in music as he played multiple instruments. He first encouraged me to play the trumpet then thankfully the piano. I went on to study Classical Piano and passed certified to level 7. Could not stand the restrictions as I just wanted to write my own music Through the 80s -90s I bought several KORG and ROLAND synths and various 8/16 track cassette recording desks and, with my brother on vocals, dabbled in bringing some tunes together. With the advent of the PC it is so muck easier to produce music without all the manual intervention. I suppose now after playing in an amature band overseas for a little while has given me the confidence to now put some of my creations into the puplic domain. I hope you enjoy them. Always open to new music from many genres
Pink Floyd - The Wall
Ultravox - Rage in Eden
Peter Gabriel - SO
Kate Bush - Hounds of Love
ELO - Out of the Blue
Early influences were Rick Wakeman, Supertramp, Tangerine Dream and Klaus Shultze, so yes I am very old. Loved the synth scene and when it moved into pop I very much followed Pink Floyd, ELO, Ultravox, Japan, ect. In saying that I still also loved Heavy Metal comming out of the Seventies to Eighties such as British Steel, ACDC, Kingdom Come and Black Sabbath.
