About Me
Micaela Hourbeigt is a young musician born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied to become a “Professional Musician” in the “Escuela de Música Contemporanea”, part of the Berklee International Network. She also studied the María del Carmen Method, as well as a the specialization in Composition and Arranging.
Micaela plays guitar, with jazz being her speciality. She also plays bass; piano and drums. Currently she plays both guitar and drums in two different bands.
In the past she played bass in one very important band in Buenos Aires, as well as jazz guitarr in a big band format.
She has worked as a sesionist with a couple hit records and teaches both guitar and bass instruments to young children as well as adults.
Micaela records with Pro tools, Cubase, Digital Performer and Cakewalk Sonar and has her own studio where she does all her work.
