I grew up listening to Old School R&B, and soft rock from the 80s, but the first time I heard hip hop in elementary school I was hooked on it.
I started playing the violin in the 4th grade studying under Jesse Suggs. I continued playing eventually playing for the Orchestra at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a music major there I studied violin under Dr. Fadial who was recently nominated for a Grammy Award. I was introduced to Electro-Acoustic music in my third year studying under Dr. Walsh. To earn extra money in college I played in the Greensboro Philharmonic, and Pit Orchestra for the High Point Theater.
When I started playing the guitar and listening to jazz in college, I new I wanted to explore new areas of music. I studied jazz guitar for 2 years with Jazz Professor Mark Mazzatenta.
And thats how I got started creating music.
