I am one Nephew of the former lead singer of "The Violent Femmes" and I have been playing actual music since i was 6 years old. I am now 40. I used to own a Silvertone Electric Guitar with the case being the amp, one of six guitars that I had all at once. I found that loops are a simpler way to make music...I will be starting to make my OWN loops and samples as soon as I can afford the equipment, (Guitar, Drum Machine, and a decent Keyboard.)
My Adoptive Mother was the harmony Vocals in a "Violent Femmes Song" called "Jesus Walking On The Water" during the chorus. Don't believe me? Check the credits...on the Album called "Hallowed Ground for the song I mentioned. The credits for that song has "Cynthia Gano" listed in the vocals. I also lent my Silvertone to Gordon Gano once when he got robbed in New York just before opening a gig. I have music flowing through me like sugar down my gullet! I just can't get enough!
