Now I could imagine myself out with the boys having a grand old time, good old chat with some drinks and such, and this would definitely be something we would have on in the background. Lovely sound, so calming. Could even fall asleep to this on a peaceful night staring up at the stars. Fantastic work!
Hello CheemMan, my friend first thank you for checking this out, it's one of my favs....that whole scenario you mentioned sounds perfect....honored to be mentioned in such a scene. We love our music and im happy to contribute....there's more to come my friend.....again thank you.
Hello StratOli, appreciate your comment and checking out this track...means a lot. I used an Ibanez Artcore Expressionist for this track....I sort of favor Ibanez acoustics as well as the electric jazz guitars....again thank you my friend.
Hello BONEZONMARZ, appreciate you checking out the track, means a lot....I've been a music lover for years and years.....never did very much other than just mess around with the guitars I've purchased. I've always had them but never really to the time to get the real experience and teachings. It's all been on my on......so a lot of the things I do are just practices or best for me techniques....but for the most part it's just the love of music that make me want to jam to stuff....that's pretty much what I do, no more no less......long boring story but it the truth.
Greetings Glenn :), Now as iam used to by now your a interesting musician. And this track i really liked as well. You sure know what your doing and thats what i like the most about the pieces that i hear from you. I do love your lay low and chilling vibes in most of your works. And your a nice guitar player. So this song is no exception. So well done friend and keep it up. Have a good one, Verdi
Hello Verdiqo, I value your comments a lot, I appreciate them very much...you yourself are uniquely great in what you do and create.....I do hope that continues. I just enjoy trying to create something the community will give a chance.....I love all music that much, again thank you for your thoughts and bless you.
Im always envious when u list ur instruments lol. Ibanez gear is underrated, in my opinion. I cant say the same for your work, my friend. It gets heaps of praise, aned it deserves every bit of it. This one is the very definition of chill, and sometimes, its just what a person needs, myself included. Most people are surprised when theyre around when I catch up on my listening - I listen to alot of different stuff, inspiration comes from everything. For me, anyway. I pity those who box themselves in. Thanks for sharing your work, man. It only benefits us all.
Hello Pnnywze, brother it's always a pleasure to have you check out a track I upload....it means a lot and it's appreciated....it helps so much to venture just a bit into other areas of music since it's all related. I've found so that I like just by listening a little to many styles and genres available....I don't plan to stop.....again I thank you for your comments and time.
As for the volume and so on ... that's technical stuff. But musically ... GREAT. You have a good idea of economy. And of course a lot of feeling, which comes across clearly.
Cheers,
Micky
Hello Micky, appreciate your comments and listening to this track...I took a chance in uploading this track.....I knew it was somewhat out of normal parameters but did it anyway, you never stop learning dos and donts.....again I appreciate you.
Turn the bass down -3 to -6 DB crush the master channel with a limiter until the entire track hits a bit better. (louder)if its louder and you notice artifacts you don't like U can try EQ or try a limiter. if you want it to keep this easy listening vibe and not crush our ears set the limiter output to like -6 and then move the threshold to the desired sound volume. Recommend a VSt that tells you LUFS and RMS. I dig the track!
Hello REKLOTHEWOLF. I appreciate your listen and comments.....I recorded this track some time ago and had moved on from it.....I gave some thought to mixing and mastering a bit but decided against it, I do think the advice will encourage me to look at other past works I might want to upload at some point.....there's quite a few so I'll scrutinize some.of those.....appreciate you brother.
Really lovely and chill. Great effects on the percussion too, it's all very high quality. The only remark I hve... as others, is to increase the volume on the master a bit, as Looperman doesn't adjust to various levels - so I have to crank up my speakers for yours and I guarantee I'll forget about that when I play the next booming track.
Great job my friend!
Hello BaoBou, appreciate your listening and comments....I must say when I decided to upload this track i debated a little to either go back and tweak it or just go with it. As you see I left it as is.....I recorded this track some time ago and had sort of moved on to other works, but I thought I would put it out there and see what happens.....again I'm thanking you for your listen my friend.
Hello REKLOTHEWOLF, thank you for listening to this track....definitely could have downed one on the master but left it as is.....I appreciate that catch on it.
Hi Glen, youve truly blessed our day once again by sharing another incredible tune with us. The melody is so captivating, and the emotion it carries is absolutely breathtaking. Your talent never ceases to amaze, and this piece is yet another testament to the beauty and inspiration you bring through your music. Thank you for creating something so remarkableits a gift that brightens our day in the most wonderful way.
Hello RichardS my brother, the love of music is important to both of us.....not only for for the pleasure of making it, but also the joy of sharing our thoughts and views on the many types of music....we all got something different to give. Your music is as valuable as any as well. Glad to be a small part of the giving and receiving of musical ideas.....as always your words and comments are very important....let's keep it going.
Super smooth and chilled. Lovely guitar tone too. I could imagine this as a soundtrack to a cool laid back sequence in a surf film. Sunset and slomo... Beautiful.
Hello Zootman, I wanna thank you for checking this track out and your comments and thoughts.....I'm constantly looking for the tone goldilocks zone and with so many different ways to reach....I got kinda close with this track....still working at it.....thank you again my friend.
Hello Cyberflares, say my brother i appreciate your comments and thoughts and would have enjoyed something like that myself......but as it is I just appreciate the sharing of all the musical offerings we share with each other......there's always something to learn.
Beautiful smooth jazz improvisation, where all parts were nicely fitted in the song with the guitar having the leading role. It keeps on being an interesting listen up to the end of it.
Best wishes, Anthony.
Hello AnthonyAttard, your comments and thoughts are very much appreciated as always.....your knowledge and musical offerings are very well respected and valuable.....there's a lot we learn from the sharing of our music....let's keep it up.
Hello Mykael, appreciate your comments and listening to my track....unfortunately rnb was only category available for my genre recognition but did change my description to smooth jazz....more appropriate....thanks for the heads up on that....again thank you for the comments.
