Description : Update - Oct 19,09.
Magix loops. Brass, strings, and piano loops toward the end are mine. This was the first orchestral piece that I attempted. Many thanks to the Looperman community for excellant suggestions.
Sadly, the bees are disappearing. Once they are gone we are going to have to learn to eat plastic...

Really nice track here guy!! very musicality sencetive thru out the track with the dynmatics. The only part and instruments that I was not crazy about was the trumputs at the end, never been a fan of the instrument for some reason, Too much exposer to rock I guess, but this was a mad track guy no dought!!
Hey there BM, thank you for dropping by and reviewing. For some reason I have gravitated towards brass and strings - bit of a surprise considering the amount of time I've devoted to rock. Oh well, I will have to wash my brain out with industrial or viking rock...that reminds me - I heard a spanish group by the name of Blood - blew me away they did. I have no idea what they are singing about but the music was close to epic.

First of all I would like to apologize for taking so long to reply. It's been kinda nuts and busy here. Thank you for your review, though, Take care dude.
YeYe...Orchestral-a-magnitude! Beauty-Full Sounds...I was looking fe sound like this, some 8 years ago, when I turned a Film about a banned Dutch Philosopher "Baruch De Spinoza" (1632-1656)... ;-)
...and YES, you're right, the day, the milk will be completely poisened and the Honey completely gone, we will need a way-out...Plastic is one alternative...!
G'day, thank you for your kind words - much appreciated.
I grew up in the country, when I last visited - it was all grown up, loss of trees and foliage - and bees. Damn, I hate the taste of plastic.
real cool track. the piano riffs were my favorite...i really enjoyed the creativity with the drums, the reverbs were good. Felt it could/should have been longer...but still nice as is, cool for a first try. I also like the instuments you chose for the intro. The chorus blends nicely with the strings.
Man love the intro that you have going here, then that beautiful Piano, stunning, very Cinematic piece, very nicely arranged, just love it mate, adding to fav's for sure...
oh not the bees ... no wait you did this for the bees, they kill people and sting kids man, bees must die :P
as for the track i love the progression, very cool piano, strings and winds gets confusing around 2 19 till the end ... good job never the less
Hey Wayne, sorry for the delay to respond - maddeningly, the trials of life gets in the way, worse for them thar wee bees.
Thank you for taking the time to review. I am very pleased by your words.
Thank you for the review. Sorry for the delay to reply - the m/board on my computer fried - a whole week without looperman...not something I want to experiance again.
This instrumental is amazing. I could hear this in a movie or tv show or something. the beginning sounded like it would be a killer beginning of a crunk track or hip hop joint. somebody should sample it. it would be a hit. good work friend
The cut to piano at ~0:50 is a bit abrupt; I feel like some very light reverby echoes from the previous voices might carry it a bit. The piano is beautiful, and that running flute... great.
At ~2:10, I think the strings you're bringing in take it in a different direction than I was expecting. I was hoping for really loud booming timpani to come in two/four measures before doing that 1-5-1 thing they do.
My imagining cuts it to some sort of wailing guitar fusion piece, but just about anything high energy would work. High strings, a huge brass part, or something with a lot of umph. Also, cymbal crashes.
Sweet track. I hope you make it longer eventually.
Thank you for listening to my track. You've got great ideas for it's improvement - one's I haven't even considered - well done.
I wish I had more time to augment it. You see, working on a new track fires me up with enthusiasim, motivation, and the fun of creation. Working on an old track is like "do I hafta ?" like bring home work from my profession.
Sacrament, this sounds awsome, you production is really booming, the build up is great, but honest opinion this is the intro to a masterpiece yet to bet written, your setting up for a masterpiece of epic proportion, from the sound of this I know you have it in you some 8 minutes piece, I have a couple they're a lot of work but worth it, really great job. Peace Love and Freedom to come from BC Quebec.
GrandPierre, il y a un autre Quebecois. His name is PixSamplxZ. His tracks are cent percent !
Pour mon track "Bees", le fin c'est pas bon. Je recu beaucoup de suggestion, which I will do when I have time. Mais je n'a pas beacoup de temp - merde.
Hi Mrbc...A good ear at work here I can see...I think orchestral pieces offer a huge soundscape and big bold brush strokes work well when balanced with delicate passages..there's a definite percussive direction introduced during this piece..I'd be looking to follow that for an end run and outro...cheers planet
G'day, sorry for the delay in responding - been taking care of personal business. Thank you for taking the time to listen and for the review. I've listened to some of your tracks. Wow, I love your tunes and the sound of your base. Great constructs.
If the avatar is your art - again wow - Air brush ?
Thanks again
Thanks for reviewing my latest track, 'Funky Mix'.
Glad you enjoyed it.
So in return, here is my review of your latest.
I haven't done any tunes like Cinematic yet....altho I am fully equipt to do so. Working with loops is a lot of fun and I see you did a very nice job here of putting this one together.
I like everything about it actually. The piano part is cool especially. Nice and clean sounding. Fits in nicely with the overall picture.
I think you did a great job in putting this one together.
As far as making an ending, not excatly sure other than a repeating part that fades out. Sometimes, my tunes end abruptly, with a delay effect at the very end which is cool sounding.
Ah jeez Randy, please forgive the lenght of time for my reply. My memory is like a...err...uhm..what was I talking about ?
Thank you for reviewing this track. I am very concerned about the bees - they do a unique job, humans or machines cannot do what bees do, and they are disappearing. Somewhat worrisome.
Later dude.
Amazing stuff right here, for real .... This track is the first orchestral track I've listened too on this site let alone review and the funny thing is, Im open to other genres as its all music right ? - I pretty much make hip hop and chillout tracks, a few electronic and industrial tracks here and there as well and honestly, your profile pic is what entrigued me a little to stop by so I had to check this out and wow am I impressed. Its something about this track thats got me. Maybe the fact that the overall message you are trying to express is very deep and epic, it could be the overall feeling from the track, the vibe ... many things. On that note, Im fav'n this one and look forwarding to checking out some others. As for the ending, I have to agree with DJL3.
Holy smokes ! Thanks JD, I am astonished to have received the attention of a prolific creator and contributer.
I just saw DJL2 sugestion - 100 percent spot on. Once I get a moment ( and peace and quiet ), I will have a go at it.
I'm concerned about the bees, if they go, we will have to learn how to eat and digest plastic (notwithstanding my wife's cooking). Bees are an essential part of our food supply what with pollenation and all that - ah bloody hell, I did not want to pontificate - sorry.
The picture is a WW1 British tank - very first one to have arrived on the battle field - they never did much damage but it terrified the enemy since they never saw anything like that before in trench warfare. My grandfather was there.
I'm still astonished - thanks again
May the road rise to meet you.....
Thank you, DJL3, your suggestions are spot on. It makes a lot of sense and would fix the problem - damn you're good. It will be a bit before I can get to it [sigh], time constraints. Thanks again.
Thank you for the review - it means a lot having just recently joined the site and have been noticed.
I did not want to say a lot about the bees since it is worrysome, and that this site ( so far as I have seen ) has been created as a celebratory, and a postitve approach to music.
Thanks again, be well, and may the road rise to meet you....

Description : This song was one of the first ones I uploaded here to Looperman. I made this over a year ago, how quickly time flies :') A free download has been made available as my gift to you guys for Christmas this year! Enjoy!
Description : This track is the first two sections of what will (hopefully) be a three-part piece — essentially a suite. I am posting parts 1 and 2 because I think they are ready for feedback from Looperman members. Part 3 isn’t done yet because it requires Human League style vocals from a singer with a distinct British accent. I have the melody and lyrics worked out. I sent a private message a while ago to a Looperman member who I think has the right voice for the job. But, haven’t had a response. Until I find a vocalist for it, I can’t finish the piece. In any case, the total file size of the complete piece would be greater than the Looperman limit, so it will have to be split into parts anyway.
Parts 1 and 2, in fact the whole thing, were inspired by acapellas posted here on Looperman by Jacques Demers:
If you haven’t checked out Jacques’ tracks yet, you really should. He doesn’t set them up as “featured” so it might be easy to miss them.
The harmony in Jacques’ acapellas sounded very “Beatle-ish” to me, and that made me want to try my hand at doing a George Martin style treatment. I remembered that ScottsCovers here on Looperman had mentioned an instrument called a Mellotron, which was used by the Beatles, the Moody Blues, Genesis, along with other groups of that era, so I decided to use a VST mellotron as the primary instrument for Parts 1 and 2.
The acapella in Part 2 was in a different key than the one used for Part 1, so I needed to find a chord progression in Part 1 that would modulate the key. Jacques gave me some advice on that, which you can see in the comments on his first acapella.
Part 1 has harp, mellotron flutes, clarinet, french horns, and my attempt at a Penny Lane type trumpet solo (but much simpler). Part 2 has a string ensemble, solo oboe and trumpet in unison, and some Daniel Langois type processed guitars. Both parts were recorded at 60 bpm, largely because that’s where the acapellas seemed to sync best. However, I played the instrument tracks freestyle (rubato), so the tempo actually varies somewhat. Definitely not quantized!
There is a storyline behind this track. Part 1 is the blooming stage of a relationship. Part 2 is about the relationship in decline. Part 3, with vocals, will be about ending it.
I’ve included the transition to Part 3 (which will be a more traditional synth pop section) and just a bit of the first verse backing instrumental so you can get an idea of how things are headed in the final part.
Description : I promise a suprise for non-members once I reach 100 plays, now they can DOWNLOAD it FOR FREE. The only condition are these three simple rules: 01. If you plan to use it somewhere, let me know and send me the link by private message. 02. You also have to put me as the composer of this song. 03. I don't want commercial use and you can use it for youtube project.

This songs is like a normal day in my life... as my brain point of view. The first part is the morning with strings, horns, clarinette and flute. It's a joyful and beautiful day ! Then, there's a sort of "bridge" between the morning part and the afternoon. Afternoon is awesome and chaotic at the same time, that's why I added dubstep in the middle of the song. Finally, the evening and the night are the second bridge and the end of this piece.
It's the first song I mix Orchestral and Dubstep.
Whole s music maker Jam with Movie Score 1/2/3 and Dubstep (i think it's Vol.2) loops.
Mix = Music Maker (Soundtrack Edition)
Final details = Music Studio
It's a Raw Mix because I really like this song and I want to make a better version ONLY with Music Maker Jam (without mix or whatever, execept for the sound quality).
Description : I created this track for the love I have for puppies. I love them. Everybody does. This day I went to this park nearby my colony and saw couple of them and thought of making something musically. So this is what i came up with. This time I haven't played much with FX or Technical aspects. Just pure simple & soft melodies. As it is unmixed & unfinished track, request you to boost the volume a little. Hope you all like it! Cheers! :)
Description : Nothing religious for me in creating this concept and my message Musical.
I just tried to adapt music once again, for the harmonious voice of Michael Webb ....
Description : Violin Bow Factory is a remix of Rainbow Factory by WoodenToaster wich is a NightCore track. The story behind Rainbow factory is pretty dark so I invite you the check the original version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRx_iXgLAyw
All parts of the story written and inspired by a dream. A very personal story. I can't sing,so the emotions are in the notes. This is the instrumental version. The sheet music was written for a group.
The Expanse is the beginning, a journey into the unknown, a risk.
If you want the 4 part story names, check the song lyrics tab.
Description : First one I posted on here not too long ago when I tried this out. Would love to dabble more with this type for sure as I love the orchestral/cinematic tracks I find on here! Great loops I found by MINOR2GO that I threw together. I just added the bass drum and slight fx here and there. I would consider this cinematic as well. Thanks!

I see what you mean about the end though. Perhaps a build-up, followed by a sudden stop with light violin(?) in the background perhaps?
