I'd like to use this on the soundtrack of my latest short. It's Cinco De Mayo tribute to a great MMA Gym. I will post the URL and be sure to reference you. Thanks
Love this one! :) Only thing I wish was changed or different was a more dominate kick sound.. As it is, in some places the kick gets lost with the other sounds.. But apart from that, sounds cool! ;)
OMG!!! The sound is PERFECT!!! Way far out synth sounds 'clear as a bell'!! This is the best track I've heard so far on this site!! You are crazy talented!!! and the mastering and transitions are pro quality for sure not to mention composition. Talk about a dance-track, I bet this one would def. get everyone on the dancefloor. I could def. learn a few things from you!! Keep up the good...I mean excellent work!!!
everythin i hear by this guy just blows me away, can pull of the quirky but brilliant "clouds", and then go and achieve this, i salute u mrD, ur talent has no boundaries it seems...

Forgot to leave a review for this the other day. I'll never understand why Disco got such a bad wrap back in the day. Before I go any further I'm gonna recommend that ya check out the Pure Sugar project from about 10 years ago now. It had Richard 'Humpty' Vission, Pete Lorimer, and some singer who's name I forget now. I will note however, that via messages on Myspace, Humpty said he didn't much care for working on that project. Though I think some really great retro stuff came from it.
So of all the tracks I heard on Myspades the other day this was the one that I fancied the most. It's just got so much going on in the Synths that I think it's a rather fitting contemporary tribute to the so-called, late Disco genre. Though, as we all know, it never truly died in the House camp. Oooh, another couple of acts that I think you'll dig are- Sam Sparro (definately check out his track Black & Gold (the original)) and Gaz Reynolds (in particular, his track, Some Forgive). Both are on my "Top-24" on my donniev1 page on there. Well, I'm off. Later on holmes!
this is a great song. it keeps changing up it still stays true to the rest off the song. the part around 1:20 is great and the horn later on is another change up but fits perfectly. awesome song.
Great overall buildup! In the first part every swell in a measure is great, so unexpected. Love the use of the horn... This is truly indeed an excellent track and the bass is really! pumping!!!
Dance music is totally not my style, but you are quite good with it. Solid production and arrangement, I even found myself nodding my head a little bit much to my surprise. Good job, Six
Buddy, this track is absolute birdflu! The progressions in this track were awesome. They stand out great without overpowering the base melody of the song.
Thanks for making this downloadable. This will find a safe home on my ipod now.
Description : This is only a snippet of a little thing I threw together today. It features the lead vocal of our own Janis71. I have added 3 harmonies to her original loop. Kinda sounds Disco-y. I am very new to audio mixing, and hence am only stabbing in the dark here.
Description : Did I mention that I almost daily listen to funk and disco whilst working? Well, it is the perfect mixture of positive vibes and a steady groove. However I found it always challenging to put a good groovy Disco / Funk songs together. I guess you already heard Silver Bellas song from the AlanMcLarenProject. This is my (totally different) version. Please tell me if your feet went into the groove :-) Cheers, Oli

With a mastering masterclass by the awesome Manuela and Angelica!! Give it another listen and be astounded - my track suddenly has bass!

Inspired by a challenge: "make a track that has a sick, groovy, funky, massive, dirty, retro, pumping or hypnotic bass line. Keep it between 100 and 150bpm."
Oh! And this is also partially inspired by a track by xstokes that's itself quite different :)
Description : Inspired by true events :)
Hey Looperfam!
-The vocal is in my acapella section.
I would love to hear some remixes. It was originally recorded as punk/glam, then I found the arpeggiator.
Hit me up for hi-res source.
Have a great day!

Description : I used a sample from the song Avicii and the rest of the instruments I added myself, I made this song because I do like a melodic line ...
Description : A little disco, a little funk, and just feel good 70s style music. Featuring some drum, bass, and guitar solos, with some groovy horns and disco vocals. Check it out...It will do you no harm!
Description : Decided to try my hand at making a 70’s old-school Disco track, shamelessly complete with a variety of Disco cliches. Tried to write some Disco lyrics but couldn’t come up with anything worthwhile. Decided to write lyrics about our cat. Name is “Bailey”, but mostly we call her “Bailey Boo”. Vocals made with Synthesizer V Studio from Dreamtonics.
