Thank You. Unfortunately I don't have access to my original data, nor do I have the software to break it back down. Plus I can't even remember where I got the samples from. There's no way I could duplicate this track. I'm getting old, man. I'm not much of a country fan, plus I'm a "one shot" type of person. When I finish something I just let it lay "as is" without any backups just like some painters only make one of something with no intention to repaint it. But if you still want to play around with it, then be my guest. I'll just enable the download for it. Have fun!

Cool number...bit of Prong and Ministry feelings...of course it's very positive...guitars are sharp as knife and electro plusses give more coldness for this...
Unique track here...I hail you for the metalhead attitude...

Handshake, Danke

That's what I was going for. Thank you for the kind review. I must confess there are particular metal tones and frequencies which make me feel powerful and alive. Even if it's only for a few minutes of a track it's still a great dreamland for me. But while creating something like this I still feel the need to combine darkness with a little light, which would explain the energetic upbeat synthesis I used sparingly in the background. It's like a little voice in the distance designed to help keep things in check, if that makes any sense. I'm weird like that. LOL

Yea, really digging this one. It has a real laid back vibe and the percussion/drumming I thought was top notch. Mixes alot of elements that compliment each other well. Really great instrumentation! peace

Much difference from everything what I have heard here but man, it's pure brilliance, f...ing awesome...from the first detuned riff through the 'gospel' voices to a dissonant guitar 'solo'...unbelievable music...sometimes Frank Zappa's ghost appeared but just in attitude...

One of the best track...

Huge respect, Danke

Awesome review. Don't make my head swell up too big now. lol. Something strange occurred while making this track. While arranging the 'gospel' voices I was daydreaming about crashing a Zionist Church gathering with this music. But then again, they might actually like it. lol. - Thanks for stopping by, listening, and giving kind words. Rock On, Rock On!

Good choices of samples, hearing a message clear. Some ancient music it sounds like dark times still those the battle the digitals. Mystery box type of track for some games. Liked it, thanks for sharing Peace

Very special track...and very good...I'm the maniac of the groovies so I like your number...I feel too much industrial influence, too (+ points...)
Overall, super, intelligent song with 'deep' words and effects...

must have had lots of fun changing from elements
enjoyed the listen very much great job

the1observant replied 30th Mar 2013 - 11 years ago
Thank you. Yes, I really enjoy doing element shifting. It turns a track into an emotional rollercoaster ride, makes it less boring, and makes the track last longer. I also tend to do that when I have multiple ideas which are inspired by the sounds I hear and want to give them all a chance to live in the track. Every sound is a character in the story, so to speak. If I feel it, then I do it... that's my fun.

I would call this Cinematic.
Very interesting number.

the1observant
the1observant replied 14th Oct 2012 - 12 years ago
Cinematic??... That thought never crossed my mind. It would be very unusual compared most of the cinematic tracks on here. Even the first 25 hits can't touch this... hmmm... perhaps "Hard Cinematic"?... yeah, that sounds like plan. Too bad we don't have a slot for that. Don't really want to drown it in the Standard Cinematic Abyss, because it wouldn't be what the listener thought it was and it might get lost in there. Know what I mean? - Thanks for listening and commenting. Have a superb day.

That shit hypnotyzed me well) great Industril) i cant call it trance) but this is industrial of 90s))))
the1observant
the1observant replied 10th Jul 2012 - 12 years ago
Well, the loops came from both a Trance-pak and a Industrial-pak, but you are the first person to notice it's industrial potential. Originally I wanted to call it a TransDustrial genre, but I had to drop my stuff where it's most expected to be. I figured if it might have a hypnotic effect, then Trance is where it should live 60% of the time. Thanks for noticing it.

You know, I think you're right. It's a tad bit more pop than hip hop. Hmmm. usher or justin? maybe both. maybe justin up front and usher as backup thinking about beating the crap out of justin... lol

Thanks for the review. We don't have a genre for "Plug-In Experimentals", but it is tainted with the Old Skool House I grew up with.

Glad you liked it. Every piece of audio came from the game, including your favorite line there, which was the main character "Caleb". I turned on the download feature just for you. Thank you for a great review. - Blood 2 is an oldie, but a goodie. If you can find a copy, it's worth playing. You can force it to run on a Windows NT machine with an old 3D graphics card.
